The staff at the resort are amazing. Magda Williams remembered us everyday we come down for breakfast and made us feel like family. We also had great service from Roselynn and Joanne. At the concierge desk Lebron went above and beyond and helped us navigate things to do on property and offsite. We were able to relax and unplug which is exactly what we were looking for.

Not what I hoped for. We didn’t like the service, the only one that was really really nice was Wanda from the restaurant area and some of the ladies from cleaning crew… the rest were too bored to explain anything or to help for that matter

Would’ve given 5 stars if they had microwaves in the rooms. Beautiful resort with great amenities and beach access. Staff was always helpful and welcoming. Very close to a lot of the excursions which was nice. Dining options on premise are decent but very over priced. You can get better food for a whole lot less outside the resort.

Traveled here with my family and the experience was amazing. From the customer service to the expansive and delicious breakfast buffet. Juan Pablo was our server and he made sure we had everything we needed! The food, the drinks and the views were amazing. We highly recommend staying here! We will be back soon!!

The food at Marbella was amazing and Juan took really good care of us. Besides the food and nice people, the view is so beautiful. Highly recommend!
