Amazing experience
Our ten day vacation was wonderful at the Wyndham Grand Rio Margaritaville, San Juan. The friendliest personal! Shelly Ann and Josue doing the morning walks around the property were delightful! They gave us history about the place and discovered amazing birds! They also provide other activities during the day for the guests to participate. The Roots restaurant has great food. Our waiter Juan Rodriguez was very pleasant and always recommended us the dish of the day. Definitely a great place to eat buffet in the morning, lunch and dinner. You can always get a meal the go at their counter. We will definitely be back next year, cause there are in major renovation of the premises until November, so many parts are off limits.

Noise issues
Resort is beautiful and staff is friendly, but the renovation process and other noise issues are the main reason for my 3-star review. Was awaken early every morning by noise outside of the room. Hammers banging, loud generators etc. Inside of the room the air conditioner is very noisy and on a smaller leer the toilets are very noisy. Wanted to love this resort but did not.

Juan P. Was awesome server! He was attentive and pleasant, providing service with a smile! 😊 The resort itself is under renovation so we have not been able to enjoy all the amenities listed on the site but at least the people/staff are pleasant.
