A+ Service
Elit and Jonathan were very helpful on the beach. We wanted to be with our group but didn’t want to be in the sun. They dug up an umbrella and placed it over us. Top notch service!

Fantastic resort
Exceptional resort. Rooms have been remodeled and feature a mid-century modern vibe. The entire resort is spotless--lush landscaping, wonderful restaurants and beautiful facilities. The best thing is the long, winding pool slides. Our granddaughter had a lot of fun with those. It was hard to get her out of the pool. The beach does have waves, though, so be careful. I recommend visiting Luquillo Beach for a calmer beach experience--just 10 minutes from the hotel.
