Dreamy vacation
I recently celebrated my birthday at Belmond Maroma with friends, and overall it was a wonderful experience. The service was absolutely impeccable—every staff member was attentive, warm, and genuinely committed to making our stay special. The rooms were spacious, beautifully appointed, and incredibly comfortable, which made relaxing easy and enjoyable throughout the trip. The property itself is stunning and feels luxurious without being over the top. Everything was thoughtfully designed, and the atmosphere was perfect for a celebratory getaway. My only minor complaint would be the food options. While everything was well-prepared and high quality, the menu didn’t always feel casual or approachable. At times, I would have appreciated more relaxed, simple dining choices to balance out the fine-dining offerings. That said, Belmond Maroma is an exceptional resort, and it made my birthday celebration truly memorable. I would absolutely return and recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious escape with top-tier service.

Didn’t know what to expect but the service here was the best I’ve ever had. Every detail from the moment we carried to the moment we left was perfect. This was one of the most relaxing places I have ever stayed. They even had someone light real candles every single night and line the walkways with them. Food was great. Loved all the complementary snacks on the beach and even had a few complementary 5 minute massages on the beach. Guirlain spa was amazing as well. Highly reccomend! I’ll be going to more Belmond hotels after this.

Great all round experience
Wonderful hotel in a great locations, we had a an Ocean View Suite which was great. The staff were excellent especially the personal hosts who were super responsive on WhatsApp. The beach was super and the on beach service excellent, with lots of freebies.

The hospitality at this resort was over the top. I did not have to made any decisions- it was all there right at your fingertips- amenities, food and assistance.

Our recent stay at Maroma Resort and Spa in the Mayan Rivera in Mexico, ranks among the best of our travels. This is a place for experienced travelers who want the best nature has to offer, lots of ambiance, a native flair and an international doting staff in an expansive private resort with very few vacationers. We would recommend this resort and spa to anyone who wants the very finest.

We used Luxury Link for a vacation at La Moroma. The resort is unlike most high end destination spots: it is a true beach property. At Maromo you open your door and you are on the beach. The service at the hotel is one the you would find at a typical 5 star hotel. The entire staff pretty much knows your name and what you like by the second day that you are there. They are so happy to attend to anything that you want. I will continue to recommend the hotel to anyone that I meet!
