My husband and I just returned from a pleasure trip to Barefoot Caye. I cannot say enough nice things about this resort. We were looking for a quiet, tranquil boutique resort that wasn't the touristy kind of atmosphere. It was PERFECT. From the staff, Josh, Levi, Steven, Mathew and many more, to the food and grounds. The grounds are kept impeccable. At any point in time you can find someone making sure the sand is raked for sand fleas, the pool was beyond beautiful and the rooms were fantastic. We even met Gary the manager of the resort, and it was nice to see him around the resort making sure everything ran smoothly. We were so sad the trip had to end. I would go back to Barefoot in a heartbeat. Lots of things to do if you're the adventure type of person, kayaking, snorkeling, diving and fishing are a few of the things you can take advantage of right at the resort. If you're looking for activities outside the resort, the sloth farm, the iguana farm, swimming with the dolphins at Anthony's Key Resort are only a few to mention. Josh can set up any activity you would like. Thanks again for such a memorable trip. We'll be back!

Just got back from Barefoot last Friday and had an excellent time. Levi met us at the Airport as promised and we were back to the resort in 10 minutes. They start you off of a guided tour of the property which was a nice personnel touch. The room was better than the pictures on the site and the air conditions worked well. We did the meal plan and the food was very good. I was a little worried about what we were going to eat but the food is catered to an American's taste. The King Crab for 2 was excellent. The staff Mathew and Steven were excellent and took care of your every need. Mostly we relaxed by the pool but also hit the Sloth Farm, and swam with the Dolphins at Anthony's resort, which was a quarter of the price of the Atlantis. My wife and I had a great time stalking the bonefish and permit behind the resort. Took some time to learn the flat and tides, but we found the fish. Staff also gave us some shrimp to play with the snapper, grunts and and squirrel fish near the dive shop. Over all great time, I would recommend the resort if you dive, fish on your own private bonefish flat, or just want relax and have some peace and quiet. Denis and Annie

21.7.2017 We were thinking about to spend some time there and have Lunch. 60$ for entrance per person ? WTF ? Lunch was looking good but taste was nightmare. Concept need to be changed otherwise you are close to Close the bussiness There. I was thinking that water in pool should be clear but was not.

I came for the diving. The resort was outstanding ....upscale, clean, great food, with very personal service. Its a relatively small place so everyone knows who you are and very quiet and relaxing. The dive shop on site was really top notch with great staff. Dive boats are not overcrowded.
