Samoset Resort On The Ocean

We tripled the number attending an intimate wedding ceremony 3 days before event. Staff made it seem the event had been planned for months. Guest raved about the hospitality, dinner, and scenery. Thank you!

The facilities are top notch and the location can not be beat. It was very close to Camden, Rockport and Rockland.

We were given a unit at the entry level which ment no stairs. Check in was very easy with no CC required. The unit was recently updated. All the staff were very helpful. Will go back again.

We enjoyed a lovely fall weekend in the Wind Drift cottage at the Samoset. The staff were welcoming and thoughtful - from a welcome note and nibbles in our kitchen on arrival to ensuring that friends staying in the hotel proper were assigned a room near our cottage for easy visiting. The heated bathroom floors and living room fireplace were welcome amenities on a crisp October morning. You also have spectacular ocean views from every seat and both bedrooms in the cottage, but my favorite spot was the enclosed porch, curled up in a comfy chair with a cup of tea watching the boats.

Great Spot in Maine. Absolutely gorgeous property with stunning views and lots to do. Golf, fitness, pool, disc golf, lighthouse. The staff was very nice. They provide daily housekeeping . Rooms are nice. Restaurant on property is nice and the fitness center is huge with a lot to offer. The resort is located 15 min away from Camden which is a great town. We went in fall and we will definitely be back !
