Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well presented (although quite hot) and breakfast was tasty with a good selection. Very quiet at night, so no problems sleeping. Local bus services into the city centre and The Vatican were only 5 mins walk away. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Hotel doesn't have the best views but the staff and friendly and helpful. Food is satisfactory but there are some upsides to the hotel. It has a shuttle bus which can take you to and pick you up from various points in Rome and the rooms are equipped with a mobile device that can call the hotel and has maps and attraction added to it. All in all average with some nice upsides to it! Fair pricing also. Rooms are big for Europe

We spent a long weekend here with another couple and it was pretty well faultless. Service was tremendous - everyone charming and EXTREMELY helpful. Room very clean and very comfortable bed and bedding. Breakfast provided just about everything you could ask for. Some reviews suggested dinner was expensive and mediocre. We did not find this at all. The food was of good quality and the prices were about UK costs. It's always good to have a reasonably priced pre dinner drink in a comfortable lounge, eat good food in a warm welcoming restaurant with excellent service and then crawl up to bed after a tiring day doing a city and the Duke Hotel provided all of these comforts. The shuttle bus is frequent and provided with charm and efficiency. Certainly recommend this hotel.

I would recommend this to everyone! A special thank you to Luigi the shuttle bus driver, he helped us with a smile and great sense of humor! ++ Breakfast Level of English Cleanness of the rooms - Hardness of the bed and too small pillows

Located a little bit away from midtown in quiet area. Good service, great process and wi-fi that lets you conduct business as needed. Breakfast without complaint, but nothing extraordinary either. Best thing is lounge before dinner time with special treat!
