Everything is top! This is our second stay and it wont be our last! This is such friendly staff yet quality all around. The rooms are spacicous and calming. Only a little improvement would be to minimize morningnoise from their roomservice-transporter or make the roomservice for breakfast only possible after 8.00 am 😊☕️ We love gran melia!

Stayed here for 4 days at the end of our holiday - a little expensive but worth it. Lovely hotel, helpful and friendly staff yet unobtrusive. Although very close to the 'centre' the hotel/room was very quiet and tranquil. Had a very nice room on the 4th floor with a garden view - spacious, comfortable and very clean - excellent shower and Clarins toiletries. The buffet breakfast included in our room rate was really good - no need to even look at the breakfast menu. Everything you could have wanted was there; cereals, granola, fresh fruits, boiled eggs, salmon, hams, fresh ricotta, waffles, sweet pastries, savoury breads, fruit juices. Pool is well worth having if you're staying in Rome in the Summer - very peaceful, uncrowded and lot's of space. Only thing that I'd improve upon would be to get rid of the muzak - really no need for it.

Beautiful hotel with great facilities and soothing atmosphere. Food and drink quite pricey for the quality, better food a little cheaper down the back streets of Rome. Customer service is exceptional, especially from one of the duty managers CIRO! He was fantastic when serving us and especially attentive when celebrating my birthday. We booked red level, which is an exclusive service with better rooms, however you still have to pay for certain luxuries such as; the mini bar in your room, certain services in the spa and some of the pool facilities (gazebo). All in all a lovely hotel to stay in for couples seeking that perfect get away but don't assume what you pay covers everything. Would return, knowing what to expect. Thank you Gran Melia for a wonderful stay.

My family stayed here with the Adventures by Disney tour. The rooms were clean and nicely set up they also had a refrigerator. The bathrooms were a bit different than what us Americans are used to. the shower wall is a glass wall so you can see right into the shower and sink area. the toilet area does have a closing door. But our rooms did have a pull down shade to cover the glass wall. Service was great and breakfast buffet was was nice.. you do have to pay extra for eggs or omelets. The pool area was beautiful and they have nice lounge chairs. There is also a bar by the pool and a restaurant. You can walk down to the Main Street. and there is a souvenir shop where you can get water and soda for your room. The soaps and shampoos are Clarins brand Down by the Tigra river at night there are pop up tents. Some are bars that play music and some are places to eat. we ate at Phils slow smoked BBQ. was fantastic and great prices Its a great place to walk at night viva Roma
