A lovely high end hotel in a great location. Staff cannot do enough to help you - even helping us to track down our transfer that failed to arrive on time. Took my mother as a Mother's Day / birthday treat and the hotel provided everything we could have wanted.

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel, the only issue is that the furniture is a bit out dated. Over all great service and very friendly staff, they have an excellent restaurant called Magnolia, pricey but it come with a mechilan star chef, loved the food and the atmosphere.
A great hotel with wonderful staff. From the doorman, to the reception, restaurant and bar, everyone was genuinely nice. As we were on our 1st wedding anniversary we received an upgrade in room which set the tone for a wonderful visit. We had room service which was both quickly delivered and taken away. The staff at breakfast were incredibly attentive without being overbearing in any way and the bar staff very knowledgable in a range a drinks. The hotel itself is a 15 minute walk from the city highlights nearest of which being the Spanish Steps with a lovely view over the city and is next to the premium shopping district. It is however in a nicer quieter area. The rooms are tastefully done and well finished and beds very comfortable. All in all, I would definitely go back there for a special weekend in future and recommend it to anyone considering doing the same.
