Been coming to this hotel every year for a few years. Rooms are spacious and clean. Bathrooms are gorgeous and huge! It is by far the nicest hotel with the best service. Love this place and canâ€™t wait to come back!!! I never want to leave!!

A top class hotel in via Veneto close to all attractions. The room is very nice and clean with deco art furniture. Lobby and breakfast are fantastic. The receptionist informed me that any guest should register with an ID before gets in!!!! Found kinda strange... Though I didn't had any guests. All was perfect.

Friendly and professional staff. Chiara at the front desk was exceptional in every aspect. I had lost my mobile when I arrived (left it in taxi cab) at the hotel. Needless to say I was devastated when I found out on arrival. Chiara at the front desk registration was so helpful and kind in calling the agency and ultimately retrieving my iphone. I am so grateful to her. Breakfast was very sumptuous and delicious with excellent service. The doormen also extremely helpful and polite. Overall the hotel stay enhanced my wonderful Rome vacation.
Hotel Lobby:- Very welcoming, clean, fresh flowers, furniture is symmetric. It felt like entering a homey cozy lobby. Amenities:- They do have the basic amenities (shampoo, towels,free wifi internet) but I was surprised that water was not complimentary only on your first night which doesnt make sense for a 5 star hotel. usually water is complementary Staff:- staff and concierge are friendly. Room:- furniture and carpets are old and I would highly recommend that they get refurnished. we stayed in a one bedroom suite but shocking I would give the room a 3 star if I compare it to other 5 star hotels. Food:- breakfast was good. I havent tried their room service as I had my lunch and dinner at other places. Location:- location is excellent to shops, cafĂ©'s, spanish steps. Price:- I think it is expensive for what it offers as I did not like that furniture is old.
This hotel had a large bathroom with good quality amenities and a relatively roomy guestroom. The heating system eas very quiet but also inefficient. The rainshower was nice but every once on a while it would scald you when somebody in some other room would flush the toilet. The concierge and bellboy and door man were extremely polite and nice and the restaurant and breakfast was ok although very expensive. Two major drawbacks...first of all, check in was a nightmare.... We arrived at 9 am but checked in around 2 pm, because a friend had booked the room for us but we didn't have his credit card. Our own credit card had insufficient funds, and the hotel will not check you in without a valid credit card with at least 200 euros credit for them to block. No amount of cash deposit instead of the credit card is acceptable. It took ages for me to have my agent email a copy of his credit card and passport and a signed consent form allowing the hotel to charge his card for the 200 euros.... First time ever in Europe that I have had such a predicament. Secondly, check out. Had to be precisely 12 noon. Not 12:01....no matter what. Because the hotel is fully booked. We had to modify our city tour due to not being able yo check out at 1pm. Other than these issues, it was a nice hotel all in all.
