Hotel Eden - Dorchester Collection

My wife and I stayed at the Hotel Eden in Roma for the second time . We stayed there 3 glorious nights. It is a tremendous hotel with highly professional staff. The breakfast is amazing , and overlooks the gardens or Rome from the 6th floor. Props to our gracious and professional server, Francisco, who made every morning special. The massages at the spa—— props To Genesis and Tatiana—- were excellent. Concierge Louise made several fantastic recommendations. Finally , we dined with friends at their restaurant , La Terrazza, and it was sublime, one of the best meals of my life. We appreciate the greatness of this fantastic hotel.

just like Boston at the Cheers Bar, everyone knows your name and face..they don’t forget to hold the door or open it…Every day or night is Buongiorno, Buona Serra. We ended paying more for a suite than regular room which was a little too small but if you’re going to spend the money to come to Rome…DO IT UP RIGHT..even the smaller room was immaculate…You have a tablet to schedule your daily cleaning, daily turndown service and anything else you may need..Need a coffee? you’ll have it in your hands before your words come out! My favorite is the all time FRANCESCO who works the morning breakfast in Il Giardino.. He will great you with a smile, make you pancakes even though there is a buffet, he would get you anything your heart desires but here is the best part…HE does it all with a sincere smile and makes you feel like you just want to give him a big hug. There is NO ONE who made my morning and to start my day so special as Francesco !!! Every doorman polite, accurate and on point for information…I will miss you Hotel Eden but I will be telling everyone I know there is NO OTHER PLACE TO STAY in ROME but Hotel Eden

We’ve stayed at all the Dorchester Collection properties, and this one is, without question, our favorite. From the moment you arrive, you’re treated like royalty. The rooms are immaculate, spacious, and elegant, and the bathrooms feel like a private spa — glamorous and spotless. We experienced a personal emergency during our stay, and what truly sets this hotel apart is its world-class service. Every single staff member stepped up — they treated us like family, showing incredible warmth and professionalism. We’ve never felt so cared for in any hotel, anywhere in the world. And let’s talk about the food: it was so good, we chose to have dinner at the hotel three nights in a row — and my husband is a serious food snob. Every dish was exceptional. Michelin-level cuisine, without leaving the hotel. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Rome but tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. And the view from the rooftop restaurant? Unreal. If you’re planning a trip to Rome and want an unforgettable experience, Hotel Eden is worth every euro. We can’t wait to return next year — and every year after that.

The bedding was fantastic ! The staff disorganized. The fine dining restaurant upstairs was horrific. Not Michelin. Food at hotel is average. Small gym. Overstaffed with a lot of incompetence.

Our family of 4 stayed at the Hotel Eden last month. The rooms were classy, thoughtfully renovated, and impeccable. The food every morning at breakfast was delicious, and the service was beyond impeccable-- two waiters both named Francesco catered to every whim and pre-anticipated everything we could need or want, and the waiter Marco was friendly and helpful. We also found the concierges to be incredibly helpful and responsive-- emails were answered vey promptly, and they arranged a number of tours, dinner reservations, and secured soccer tickets for us without any hiccups.
