A wonderful stay at Hotel Raphael
We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and the staff was very attentive. The general manager Simon made sure we were happy and taken care of throughout our stay. They upgraded us to a suite upon arrival, which was an incredible surprise and all in all we are very happy with the property and the restaurant on site was excellent.

Exceptional hotel, exceptional staff, exceptional location. The furnishings are eclectic and beautifully appointed. I am in the hotel business so admittedly I’m a bit selective. This property was outstanding in every way. Moreover, the management and staff. The General Manager, Simone Sanna was the ultimate gracious host over the four days we stayed there. Agostina, Hanna, Carlo, Giada, Anna, and everyone else we engaged with were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The food was as exceptional and the housekeeping did a great job. I salute you all for raising the bar and exemplifying hospitality. We will be back!!!

Great stay in Rome.
Quick trip to Raphaël was perfect. Just steps off the Piazza Navona, the location could not be better. But it is the service that stands out. With a welcome glass of Prosecco and bites, the staff was always warm and outgoing. The manager walked with me to show the way to the Piazza and, after a night when my room was a bit warm, he was aware of the situation and let me know they would follow up. That’s the kind of personal attention every hotel should offer. I had a couple of small suggestions - they need more outlets for chargers - but minor compared to the overall experience. Well done!

I have been traveling to Rome since the mid 70s. I can stay enough about the superior level of customer service that I was provided on from the moment I checked in till the time I was departing. Check in is special they had me relax on a beautiful sofa with Prosecco and canapés and the an espresso ! They are truly professionals and I received a beautiful upgrade. I went to lunch one block to Piazza Navona and had a wonderful time. The room is impressive and impeccable clean. Ultimate temper-pedic adjustable mattress and. Beautiful cotton linens. Gorgeous! Wine and water free for your arrival in room Dyson hair dryer and curler. Nespresso in. Room and mini bar first round compliments of hotel. Beautiful bathrobe slippers and thick towels. Rooftop bar and restaurant amazing! Breakfast is included and truly the best buffet experience I had ever had. Front desk manager and entire staff are friendly, intelligent, and passionate about providing an amazing hotel experience!! Thank you for providing a home away from home. Grazie Mille !! A superb stay
From our first impression on check-in, greeted with cocktails and canapés, to our departure 4 days later, our expectations were exceeded. Service is impeccable; the friendly and helpful waiting staff, the considerate cleaners, the porters and wonderful concierge team - all our needs were met. The fact that breakfast serves only vegan and vegetarian options was a very welcome change for us as we are often presented with few breakfast options at other hotels. The food in the Mater Terrae restaurant was exquisite - a very satisfying experience. Our bedroom was extremely well appointed; we loved having our little terrace to enjoy the January sunshine and relaxing in the adjustable bed whilst getting the cinematic Bang and Olufsen TV experience was an unexpected bonus. The consistent high standard of the hotel was ever present and very much appreciated and we will definetly return here, next time we are in Rome.
