Great place to stay at.
I find this place to be very beautiful as always. However, the reception staff today were quite unkind. I arrived for snacks and drinks and left a generous tip, but the reception team was not welcoming. Despite this incident, I would still highly recommend this place based on my previous stay.

Perfect summer ending
I have stayed at this piece of heaven recently with my family and everything was perfect and outstanding. Great views of the lake, spacious and nice rooms, and exceptionally friendly staff who are trained very well. In fact, they take you above and beyond and make you feel very valued. Will definitely returns.

Excellent
A truly excellent hotel very well located in a quiet and upmarket locality yet within easy walking distance of the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain etc. We also enjoyed a couple of delightful walks in the Borghese Gardens which were almost opposite. Superb staff all of whom were immaculately turned out and spoke good English. Very well appointed room. We ate the first night in the rooftop restaurant which was good, if expensive and concierge recommended two local restaurants for the other nights both of which were superb. Absolutely no complaints and would highly recommend.
