Bathed in the elegance, history, and culture of ancient Rome, Palazzo Manfredi offers an exclusive glimpse of Italy's celebrated past with all the modern comforts of a luxurious five-star escape. At Palazzo Manfredi, every window promises a journey to the past. Breathtaking views of the Coliseum and cobbled Roman roads await behind the heavy, roped drapery in each of the hotel's exquisite accommodations. Each room is a jewel of style and sophistication awash in opulent Roman textiles; warm, natural light floods in through the numerous windows, and a soft, earthy color palette completes the relaxed ambiance. Plush rugs envelope the length of living and sleeping areas, while cool marble dominates in the lavish well-equipped bathrooms; rooms range in size from the intimate Prestige to the colossal Suite Colosseo. Larger families or those seeking a more secluded setting may opt for a stay in the palatial accommodations of Palazzo Manfredi's off-site apartments, available with all the comforts of the hotel, but the privacy of one's very own pied-à-terre.

Room was perfectly nice and view was fantastic. But paying £3,000 for a two night stay you expect to be accommodated for dinner in the evening. Instead we were told it was full. A proper 5 star hotel would have found a solution - it’s utter madness how they treat their hotel guests.

This was a dream- from the fantastic location and views of the Colosseum, to the outstanding food and service, the Palazzo Manfredi was nothing but short of amazing. The hotel, furnishings and art is beautiful, with great attention to detail; our room was the height of luxury and included great amenities (Acqua di Parma, Marvis). There is a Michelin starred, rooftop restaurant, and popular bar in the hotel, again both with fantastic views. The service was great- can't say enough about the Palazzo Manfredi!

Our stay at Palazzo Manfredi was overall pleasant, but the tour service left much to be desired. The guide provided by the hotel seemed to be in a hurry, which significantly diminished our tour experience. This rush might have been due to the unexpected over 40-minute wait in line, despite promises of 'skip-the-line' access. While the accommodation and hospitality at the hotel itself were commendable, the tour service aspect certainly needs improvement to meet guests' expectations fully.

The truth is the so called “five star” hotel (sic) where I stayed has a bar and disco downstairs from the suites which have the colosseum views, mine included. Genius business move right there 🤯 so each night until around 4am I was hardly able to get any sleep. Also I’m not sure if it’s in their culture to generally scream, yell, throw constant emotional fits, smoke in public and be overly loud and aggressive but I found all this to be highly infuriating. I found no pleasure in being like a zombie most of the time, trying to navigate a dirty city full of rude locals with horrible customer service. Oh by the way the suite is $2000 a night, and staff have no problem harassing you constantly to pay everything in cash for some reason, even the car pickup to the airport couldn’t just be billed to my room like everywhere else but I had to go to an ATM and get cash to pay them on the spot for a service that was due to take place 4 days later (upon check out). If I have to run to the ATM for every little thing, what is the room deposit for then? How fvcking annoying. Oh, and upon check out they sent me an inferior car type, even though they made me pay through the nose for a so called Mercedes s class which never materialized. When I asked they simply said it’s not their problem. Well f you. My wallet and me will never see you again, your pathetic so called business is no longer MY problem 🤬 you have no idea how to handle high value clients thus I won’t be one. Zero value for money. I can’t stand Rome, and won’t be back.

My stay at the HOTEL MANFREDI was once again a a beautiful holiday. First of all they are located on one of the beautiful streets in Rome and the quietness of them all. I have stayed before and will always return to this beautiful hotel and the family and stay that are there. They are just the loveliest and kindness, warm people ever. My room was spacious, clean and the bathroom big!! I love the location right by the PIAZZA DE SPAGNA, but most of all I love the staff and owners. They just make you feel so warm and like a ROMAN YOURSELF, I truly recommend this hotel and all its beauty and people. THANK YOU so much!! I miss you all.
