Lovely Stay!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 23 hours ago

We loved our family stay for 3 nights. From the moment we walked in - the doorman extremely gracious, helpful and friendly. Our rooms were very well decorated - feeling fresh and new. It is a bit pricey - but absolutely worth it.

Beautiful, professional hotel

Lovely room and gigantic bathrooms. Service was wonderful. Was able to control our own temperature. Praise for concierge. They were excellent. I asked for help in finding cannoli and she went above and beyond locating the exact type I was looking for. Thank you for your excellent staff and service.

Palazzo Ripetta - most wonderful hotel

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 days ago

My husband and I stayed 5 nights at the Palazzo Ripetta in Rome this June. I was initially hesitant as we don’t really care for contemporary/modern (based on the picture of a room). Well, I was totally mistaken. This was an absolutely wonderful hotel – both in décor, cleanliness and service. Pictures do not do justice to the Ripetta. There wouldn’t be a thing I would change about the appearance. As we somewhat recently remodeled our home, my husband and I like to look at the details. We loved everything. The black chandeliers in the halls were amazing. In all our decades of traveling, I always put a towel down at the side of the bed. This is the first hotel that had something for this purpose. I thought that was a terrific touch. The bathroom was amazing. It was beautiful and you could tell the designer put a lot of thought into it. I also noticed the cut of the glass shower door to fit around the tiling. The room was gorgeous, hundreds of times better looking than in the picture. Even the privacy door sign was elegant. The service was extraordinary. EVERYONE was so nice and helpful. And if you ended up talking to them for more than what you needed/requested, WOW! The hotel staff was probably the best we have encountered. They not only go out of their way, but they are so friendly and conversations with them were extremely enjoyable. Two of the concierges we worked with were utterly amazing. Not only was the service as best as you can get, they were fun to talk to. One actually walked us down the street a bit to help us not get lost. Now that is beyond what you usually experience. . We HIGHLY recommend staying at the Palazzo Ripetta. You will not regret it.

Perfetto!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

Palazzo Ripetta is a must for the discerning traveler. The “wow” factor is over the top in interior design and art, Michelin starred restaurant offerings, housekeeping services, front desk, bellman, and especially concierge services—we kept them busy and they couldn’t have been more kind and accommodating. What’s not to like?👍

The fault in our stars

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 4 weeks ago

Must confess that I was a little disappointed by this five stars hotel. Even if it is perfectly located this Palazzo lacks warmth, beauty and identity. Our Romantic suite was okay but once again there was something missing. Breakfast offered a wide range of pastries and cold food but for those who enjoy their hot eggs, beans, potatoes or omelettes in the morning the choice was very limited. Thanks to the beautiful weather we had our breakfast in the Palazzio courtyard which was devoid of any références to italian art or history. No sculptures, no fountains just a plain basic annoying courtyard. For 3 days the total amount of our stay was almost 5,000€ ; note sure that it was worth it.
