Maybe our favorite hotel ever!
We cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The room design was exquisite - perfect lighting, magnificent and comfortable decor, every detail perfectly thought through, and spotless beyond spotless. The hotel location, of course, is perfect - - everything walkable, but not surrounded by the maddening crowds. We loved the breakfast. But the best, by far, was the service provided by every single member of the staff. The registration team welcomed us late at night with open arms. The restaurant whipped up a delicious drink and sandwich. And. we cannot say enough good things about the Concierge, Saskia, who helped us with Vatican reservations, restaurant recommendations, and even saved us when we couldn't find a hotel open in the off season in Amalfi! Plus, her partner, Marta, told us about the best bakery in Amalfi! Bottom line - - this is the place! Hands down! Enjoy!

Lovely Stay
Our stay at Palazzo Ripetta was great. We loved the room, and the property is beautiful. The staff was also friendly and helpful. The location is also very good.

Absolutely an amazing property and the best staff to make your stay a wonderful experience. First class operation, from doormen to front desk, housekeeping, and management. Location is A+, a block away from Piazza Del Popolo. We will be back!

Wonderful property and staff
We stayed in a family suite with our girls and the room(s) staff were incredible. The included breakfast made travel easy and the hotel bar was a charming spot to grab a drink before the evening began. Staff was incredibly helpful with dinner reservations both before and during our stay. Location was also wonderful. Highly recommend.
