Residenza di Ripetta

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at - the service is outstanding and the hotel quality is top quality.

I had a wonderful stay at Palazzo Ripetta. The hotel is elegant, luxurious and exceptionally clean, with a calm and very pleasant atmosphere. The staff were warm, professional and genuinely helpful from the moment I arrived. Breakfast was excellent, the setting was beautiful, and the location is superb for exploring Rome on foot. A truly lovely hotel with great service, comfort and a wonderful energy. Highly recommended.

This hotel is overpriced and has bad service. The concierge are unfriendly and not helpful at all. I’m not sure why you would hire such bad people to work for in a 5 star hotel. Every day I would see the same people sitting at the desk and never once did they acknowledge me. The front desk was incompetent too. We asked for a roof top reservation that never happened. Breakfast service was awful, 5 employees.8 guests, 30 minutes for an espresso and eggs, never ate breakfast because I had a tour to attend. I would not spend the money on this hotel again. I will say the door men were Outstanding and house keeping too. If You want a first class hotel in Rome with excellent service I would recommend the Six Senses Hotel.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a joy. The location was very convenient.

I’m only here for a night, but I had a great time. The room was very cool, and the shower was fantastic. The gym was small, but it was better than I expected. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The pasta was delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
