3 Days & 3 nights in paradise.
While we've been to Rome three times before, this was our first time staying at the St. Regis Hotel. And what a stay it turned out to be! Initially, we were ushered through the front door and treated as if we were some kind of visiting royalty. When we finally made it to our room we were overwhelmed by its size, its overall cleanliness, and it's excellent air quality. However, as great as the room was, it was exceeded by the friendliness and professionalism of the hotel staff. And don't get me started on the high quality of the Chefs, Servers, and the food in the dining area. Would we go back? We're all set to return in January, 2027!

Outstanding and Truly Memorable
This is an outstanding hotel. It is centrally located in the historic part of Rome, with an amazing atmosphere and restored architectural infrastructure. The staff are professional, polite, and most courteous, reflecting proactive management. The suites are spacious, the cuisine superb, and nothing is too much trouble. Truly memorable!

3 generations of perfection
We have been coming to the St. Regis Rome for 30 years now, and it never disappoints. My son and I first came to visit family when it was the Le Grand Hotel in the 90’s. Now 3 generations later we are all together! They treated my precious grandson like royalty. He sleeps with his St. Regis Roma fox that they gave him. Thank you Guilio for your kindness. You are one of the reasons for exemplary service throughout the St. Regis. Salvatore, you are like family, you genuinely care. Location is great, food in the lobby was very good. My view from my room was nice. Fond memories again, we will be back!

Excellent hotel with a few minor issues
This is truly a five star hotel with generally good service and a wonderfully decorated and roomy hotel room. I also recommend their breakfast which is very good, but the food we had for lunch was not good. I had the duck which tasted like ham and my companion had the monk fish which was tough and tasteless. I don’t recommend dining at the restaurant if they don’t maintain the quality of their food on a consistent basis. However with a few missing like a closed gym for the duration of our stay, lack of water and coffee in the room every day needs to be addressed. Overall I would stay here again the next time I’m in Rome.

I’ve never experienced the customer service that we got at this hotel… Many employees there made us feel like we were the only people in this hotel… All genuine!!
