Five star service, all the way around!
We stayed here for three nights prior to taking a cruise out of Rome. The accommodations are beyond compare. Truly exceptional. The staff is exceptionally well trained, responsive and polite as well. The location of the hotel is excellent. We would definitely return to stay here.

Amazing Staff- Above & Beyond 💎
This hotel really went above and beyond, I cannot praise it enough! I travel regularly for work and stay in some of the best hotels in the world. I understand the importance of hospitality and unfortunately you don't always receive 5 Star treatment in most 5 Star hotels. The St. Regis was different. I felt right at home from the minute I walked in the door, and was greeted as family. Georgia was absolutely phenomenal! So friendly, kind and genuine. Alot of luxury hotels service can feel fake or put-on, I am a great judge of character and could tell immediately that Georgia was a real person and enjoyed what she does. Every little thing was thought of- when I mentioned where I was going for dinner she gave me recommendations and upon arriving back to the hotel she greeted me by name and asked how was the meal? I was traveling alone for business so she made a point of coming to my table at the bar just to conversate each evening which I really appreciated, as solo trips can be quite lonely. She even gave me a private tour of the hotel including the ballroom after hours, since I expressed an interest in art and interior design. Ilaria was also incredible. I complemented the design of her work uniform and she explained how the Italian designer was inspired and how the piece was made specifically for the Regis in Rome. She then returned with a hand written note with the designers name and Instagram because I dont speak Italian and couldn't spell it when she told me verbally. Its these little things that make all the difference. That is what a guest remembers and That is why I look forward to returning.

Beautiful luxury hotel near train station
Beautiful luxury hotel in city near train station. Entire place if well designed and well worth sitting in lobby bar. Rooms and service are excellent. We will stay here next time we are in Rome. Lobby bar food is one thing that needs improvement. Expensive and basically non-Italian finger food without much appeal and portion sizes that would leave my cat still hungry. Waitresses politely warn you but we have never seen such hard to find on the plate apps. But, walk a little and street food places are excellent which we did.

Excellence is the only word that can describe this hotel
Sometimes, even good hotels have drawbacks. This is not the case. I can’t complain about anything, because everything was perfect. The room was clean and spacious, decorated with good test. Amenities were from acqua di Parma, so nothing else to say. Breakfast was another league, with amazing cornettos from casa Manfredi and an excellent cappuccino. Staff was super friendly and very helpful. What can I say? 10/10

Service is very mid , guy checking me has an attitude because I asked if there's any upgrade available. I'm a titanium member& I had submitted my nightly award . St regis dubai would never offer that basic services.
