Beautiful Hotel! A must!
We were greeted so kindly, our room was ready and beautiful. We got an upgrade and our room was extremely comfortable, their amenities were perfect as you would expect from a St Regis. They have a complementary vehicle that can drive you where you desire if available. Staff was lovely, had a wonderful time!

Above and beyond when it mattered the most
I will be leaving this review anywhere I can because this hotel truly deserves every bit of recognition. During our stay, we experienced something very unsettling… an unexpected knock on our door at 3:00 AM. It frightened me, and when my boyfriend checked, no one was there, which made the situation even more uneasy. I immediately contacted the front desk, and they responded quickly by sending security to check the floor. Although I didn’t sleep the rest of the night, I felt that the team took the situation seriously. The next morning, I called to request a room change. Daniel handled the situation with such professionalism and care. He sincerely apologized, reassured us that the matter was being looked into, and let us know it would be their pleasure to move us. When we were ready, the team promptly came to assist us with relocating to a new room. When we arrived, the concierge (I unfortunately did not catch her name) went above and beyond. She offered a heartfelt apology and even provided us with a voucher to the restaurant, which was completely unexpected but deeply appreciated. This is what true exceptional customer service looks like. I felt heard, valued, and genuinely cared for throughout the entire experience. What stood out the most is that the team did not dismiss or minimize what we went through…they acknowledged it and responded with urgency, empathy, and professionalism. I am still honestly in awe of how everything was handled. I have never experienced a hotel respond to a situation like this with such grace and attentiveness. Thank you to each and every one of you… it truly meant more than you know.

An exceptional luxury experience from start to finish. Every detail of this hotel reflects elegance, quality, and impeccable taste. The room was beautifully appointed, spacious, and immaculately maintained, with premium furnishings and a level of comfort that makes it hard to leave. The service is truly world-class—discreet, attentive, and effortlessly professional. Staff anticipated needs before they were even mentioned, creating a seamless and personalized stay. Special thanks to Louise, Karolina, Pietro, Cristiano, Pasquale, Salvatore, all of the wonderful men and women at the Lumen, and the outside staff who welcome me back every year and make me feel part of the family. Mr. DeMartino does a wonderful job of leading this amazing team. From the sophisticated ambiance to the flawless execution of every detail, this hotel sets a benchmark for luxury hospitality. A truly memorable stay that always exceeds expectations, and one I would highly recommend to anyone seeking a refined experience. I can't wait to return to Bella Roma and the beautiful St. Regis.

The best of the best
This hotel is ridiculously beautiful. The rooms were spacious and comfy. Super helpful staff. Worth every penny. We spent New Year’s Eve there. It was over the top. Would highly recommend.

Refined Luxury with a Truly Personal Touch
Another great stay at the St Regis in Rome. The staff are warm and helpful and made my stay feel like home. I appreciate the exceptional standard and luxury for which the St Regis is synonymous with, but what truly distinguishes this property is its people. From the moment of arrival, the staff radiate warmth and professionalism. It started when the bellboy /doorman welcoming me by name (which he confessed he read on my luggage tag) was a very nice touch. Each interaction felt thoughtful and personal creating refined and sincerely hospitable service. The warm and friendly dining service staff was perfect blend of attentive without ever being intrusive. Chiara and Daniel at checkout were wonderful in ensuring that my stay ended on the same high note it started. For me, The St. Regis Roma is not just a beautiful place to stay, it is also a place where exceptional service and warm, human connections elevate the entire experience to be deeply memorable.
