The Pearl Hotel

My wife and I along with our 18 year old nephew just returned from a week at the Pearl Hotel yesterday. The hotel is really a beautiful building and the staff is very attentive. The Main Street location is convenient and central to varied shopping and dining just steps away from your room. The hotels weekly rates are not cheap but my issues are in the value and the advertising related to our stay. we booked a 2 bedroom suite with a town view. $13,500.00 for the week. No issue except I consider a suite to include a room that is not a bedroom or a bath, ie a living room. We paid for a suite and were given 2 bedrooms with a connected bath. The second bedroom did not have a door to separate it from the entry door or the bathroom. This resulted in a serious lack of privacy for our family. Each bedroom did have small private balcony that held small table and 2 chairs. One bedroom had a chair while the other bedroom had no seating other than the bed. We were really very disappointed in not having a common area to relax with our family after paying for a suite. Bottom line is that the value falls way short the cost. I am including a Google definition of "Hotel Suite": A hotel suite is a type of guest accommodation that typically includes multiple rooms, such as a bedroom and a separate living area, offering more space and amenities than a standard hotel room.

The Pearl is a very special experience. Quaint, luxurious and well maintained, you will be comfortable and pampered. Great time!

The Pearl is wonderful. Great location, yummy restaurants, beach is beautiful and great service. Highly recommend. Beautiful memories.

Just finished a beautiful stay at the pearl hotel in rosemary beach. Our room faced the ocean and the view was spectacular!! Bed so comfortable and quiet. Hotel contacted my husband if we needed anything, a few times during our 3 night stay. Customer service was superb and every employee always greeted us whether we were coming or going. This location is perfect for shopping, restaurants and beautiful beach. Definitely will be back for another stay.

Perfect location in center of town and close to everything. Private beach access with chairs and umbrellas included. Professional staff at every interaction. From front desk, to young ladies at front restaurant (shout out to girl who Just started), restaurant and rooms excellent. We had 406 with cute balcony overlooking pool and restaurant. Partial but great ocean view. Sadly no gym but easy place to run. There was a wedding during our stay which closed outdoor restaurant and was quite loud. Guest should be made aware prior to booking.
