The Pearl Hotel

My fiancé and I planned this trip as a pre-wedding “mini-moon” and are so glad we did! The service here is wonderful, the staff is very friendly and accommodating, and the location is prime. Turn down service is new to us and I do believe we are a little spoiled now (e.g. the nightly truffles!). The spa is incredible and we highly recommend the Pearl Perfection couples massage. The beach is absolutely beautiful, we love that the chairs and umbrellas are provided. We were surprised to see even towels, SPF, and after sun are available too. We really enjoy the walkability of the area and how close the hotel is to everything. Our whole experience was so relaxing and wonderful. We are already planning another stay, hopefully next year!

The Pearl exceeded my husband and I’s expectations. From the location, to the cleanliness of the hotel, the friendly and helpful staff, our stay at The Pearl was a dream. This is the hotel to stay at in 30a, specially Rosemary Beach! You can walk everywhere from here, and the beach is stunning. The food at the hotel is so good, too! We appreciated the complimentary valet for our rental car during our stay. It was very helpful.

My husband and I had an incredible experience for our wedding anniversary this year, and it marks almost 15 years of stays for me personally at the pearl. They just keep getting better every year. Even though we didn’t have our oldest daughter this year with us, she’ll be three this month, Abigail remembered us from last year and gave us a stuffed sea turtle gift and book to take home to her with a handwritten note for us to take to her and it’s this kind of service that just makes the most unforgettable and incredible experience. We loved our stay so much! We would even come back even if it was just to interact with Dalton at valet because the level of care and attentiveness starts before you even walk in the lobby and I recommend the Pearl to anybody and everybody even though I would love to keep it my hidden gem secret. We are already trying to plan our return trip!

An absolutely unforgettable stay! From the warm welcome with a bottle of champagne for our 40th anniversary to the exceptional service throughout our visit, every detail was perfect. The ambiance is elegant and relaxing, and the signature scent was so incredible I had to bring home the Pearl Bliss fragrance from the Apothecary. The staff made our anniversary truly special and created memories we’ll cherish forever. Without a doubt, one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. We can’t wait to return!

What an amazing weekend we had at The Pearl! Everything was wonderful, and we felt so well cared for from the moment we arrived until we left. The food was fabulous, the spaces were gorgeous, and our room was beyond comfortable. The bed felt every bit as good as my own, the pillows were wonderful, and the balcony overlooking the village was the perfect place to slow down and enjoy Rosemary Beach. But the very best thing was your staff. From the warm curbside greeting to Quinton, Jack, and Nicholas welcoming us back and helping us every time we returned, to Olivia at the front desk, Mike the concierge, and Chris at the pool—we felt genuinely known and cared for. The beach team of Ben, Aiden, and George was fantastic, the folks at Havana Beach Bar & Grill were wonderful, and so were the ladies who served us in our room. You’ve assembled the hospitality all-stars! There should be trophies. If I had to pick on one thing, it’s the shower. It’s cozy. The rain showerhead isn’t adjustable, which means it rains on you—all of you, everywhere, at all times—with nowhere to escape. It is a very committed shower. I respect its dedication, but there’s no witness protection program in there. That said, when everything else is this good, how much can you really complain? And turndown service? We looked forward to it every night—bed turned down, chocolates waiting, lights dimmed, shades drawn, soft music playing. Every evening, we felt completely and wonderfully spoiled. The Pearl executed all the little thoughtful details so well that hospitality became an art form. Thank you, thank you, thank you. We’ll always remember this trip—not just because The Pearl is beautiful, but because of the people who made it so special. We left with about ten new friends. We can’t wait to come back—though next time, I may bring a tiny umbrella for the shower.
