Evoking Provence
La Reve - The dream that is Auberge du Soleil is a sun-washed, tranquil escape perched high on a hillside in the Rutherford AVA designed as a sublime escapade blending French-inspired elegance with California’s rustic charm. It is a sensory experience where time slows down, characterized by panoramic vineyard views, the fragrance of lavender, and the sound of silence, interrupted only by the rustling of mature olive trees. We ascended through a quiet hillside grove of silver-green olive trees, leaving the bustling world behind for an exclusive enclave. The air is warmer here, smelling faintly of citrus and dry earth. She loved our dinner on the Terrace at sunset overlooking the valley where the sky slowly turned into an interlude of ever changing soft yellow orange purple dark blue array of colors. It is a Michelin-starred experience, overlooking the Napa valley accompanied by exemplary culinary delights well supported by the extremely polite and knowledgeable staff. Many thanks to Mr. Frank and Mr. Zach for their kind attention while we were there for our anniversary. It is a place where you start planning your return the moment you leave, a timeless, good life experience that feels like it belongs in the South of France, yet is undeniably Californian. Couples Romantic Getaway
Amazing property. One of the best views of the valley to go with breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Service is impeccable and due to the minimal rooms on property, you feel pampered from the time you arrive to the time you leave.

Dinner Experience
Had a wonderful dinner at Auberge du Soleil. My daughter had the 3 course dinner with wine pairings and I had the 3 course dinner (with a cocktail). The setting is beautiful; if you can get there to catch the sunset on the terrace, that alone makes it worth it! The food was beautiful as well as being exemplary and the service was absolutely outstanding. Would highly recommend!
