Fantastic hotel with a great team.
From the moment we arrived it felt like we were entering a place of luxury. We were given an upgrade for the 3 nights we stayed here & it was fabulous. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in & the suite very comfortable. The Spa offered a great service at a very good price. I loved the Alpacas wandering around the grounds & also the parrots. The bar food & drinks were excellent & the service efficient & friendly. The breakfast provided a really wide range of options & the welcome from Alberto on our first day was exceptional (he greeted us by name & made us feel very welcome). The whole hotel was just lovely, we didn’t have time to take in some of the other things on offer such as the shops, the art gallery etc, but we did have the most wonderful time & I would definitely stay here again.

Sacred Valley Resort!
A great option in the Sacred Valley, well situated among a variety of archaeological sites. The grounds of the property are tropical and inviting. The rooms were quaint and quiet. The food was fantastic.

Excellent hotel. We stopped in old colonial part. So full of character. Food was excellent on 2 nights we stopped there. Service in bar and restaurant faultless. Staff couldn’t do enough to help you. We were touring the area but could easily have chilled here for a few days. Lots of places to just relax. Maintenance of grounds and hotel generally first class.

Like a Shangrila by Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu
Excellent 5-Star Resort Hotel ! A sprawling hotel hidden in the middle of nowhere, with complete amenities and great service. Our room on the 2nd floor was at the end of the property but was huge and had a breathtaking view of the mountains. 2 queen beds were provided, and a large jacuzzi for two to enjoy. Bar, restaurant, and breakfast buffet were very good. Outdoor pool plus a heated jacuzzi, a spa, a bonus cinema, museum and chapel. The only hitch is that the roads leading to the resort hotel are a bit rough as it is in the outskirts of a small town of Urubamba (near Sacred Valley). But well worth it. Highly recommended.

Really nice couples massage
It was a very nice clean spa. The front desk staff Ariatna was very helpful. The two ladies (Cristina and Luz Marina) giving us the couples massage were very professional and thorough.
