After a tiring day of flying in from Lima and site seeing all day we wanted a light dinner so went to the bar vs restaurant. Yang was our server and we had outstanding service from him. He helped us understand the different choices, Yang was very attentive. If you dine in the bar (excellent menu) please ask for Yang.

The place has extraordinary facilities and an excellent staff that aims to take care of any single need you may have. They go out of their way to meet your needs to their best capabilities. I went to the restaurant my first time there and the young waitress that took care of me (Betel) heard me cough a couple of times and proceeded to recommend a specialty drink called “puka poncho”, a warm drink with mint, strawberry and blueberries. Delicious and effective, because it stopped my coughing quickly. The next day at breakfast I bumped into Betel and she greeted me “by name”, she actually remembered my and proceeded to take care of me. I found the fact that she remembered my name absolutely remarkable.

Excellent hotel! Great areas, magnificent rooms with all the amenities, robe, slippers, coffee machine, balcony, jacuzzi,……so many great things!!! The spa is beautiful and the food in the restaurant great food, quality and presentation….

Service was top quality. Gregory in the dining room was wonderful! He called us by name and made us feel very at home. The spa is amazing, but ask about the different types of massages, there are some incredible looking services, but we didn't feel like they were all offered to us. We really enjoyed the thermal circuit. Also make sure there are amenities in the shower before rising off!

Very nice hotel , beautiful rooms and garden. My friends and I took our delicious dinner and cocktails in the garden with the company of a beautiful fire next to the pool. Mr. Yang was really helpful, polite and we thank him for being there for everything we needed!
