Sam, Head of Security Went Above and Beyond!!
We had an unexpected emergency when my mother-in-law fell just outside the property, and the staff at this hotel were incredible. Sam, the head of security, went above and beyond to assist us, providing both medical supplies and calm, reassuring support during a stressful time. His professionalism, kindness, and quick action truly made a difficult situation much easier, and we are so grateful for his help. Sam truly deserves recognition for his service!

Great bar and lobby.
Lovely staff and servers. Didn't stay, but great place to pop.into for a drink and a bite, or more. Great bartenders, just overall a lovely place.

Disappointing- I was expecting a much better experience for the money.
This hotel is overpriced, dated, noisy and lacks basic hotel amenities for a luxury hotel, i.e., daily room cleaning and nighttime turndown service. With so many hotel options in St. Augustine, there is no need to spend $600 +++ to stay at this hotel. I was really disappointed.

Do not stay here.
Horrible disgusting hotel with inept management. Our room had the smell of decaying animal. Manager was condescending and not helpful. Room did not have fridge, microwave or extra blankets. He got our reservation mixed up and insisted we needed to check out. It was just a horrible mess at this price point. Do not stay at this filthy hotel.

Totally bad experience
Terrible experience No room service No water or coffee in the room Bad odor in the hallways and the room Is not worth it 500$/ night! Never again!
