I have been coming to Sagestone for about 10 years. I Brought myself and 5 of my friends to get the Soul day package for a bridal shower. When we got there, check in was a disaster. The girls checking us in were very confused, and said my card didnt go through, but my AMEX texts me whenever my card id used, so I showed her it had went through. That night at 10:00 PM, I get a phone call that woke up myself and my 3 year old daughter, stating that my card didnt go through. I didnt answer on the first call, because it was 10:00 PM, so they called again-cause you know, this isnt something that can wait until the next morning? Well in between there, they called someone else in my group asking them to pay for my massage. UM WHAT!? How embarrassing is that?! Well my friend didnt know what to do, so she said yeah just charge my card. So she calls me to tell me what happened. I then call Sagestone back and tell them no, its still pending on my card. Long story short, here it is Monday morning, it posted to my account so I had to call them AGAIN to get them to refund my friend who they shouldnt have called in the first place. Well, now another friend from our group was called and they accidentally refunded her instead of the girl they called to pay for mine -_- SERIOUSLY?! What a freaking disaster! Spas are supposed to be relaxing, not a 3 day fiasco of running funds around because Sagestone doesnt know what they are doing! After coming at least 2x a year for the last 10 years with my mom and my friends, I think Ill start looking for somewhere else to go!

It’s my second time here and I enjoyed it more this time. affordable for a spa resort. Food is really good, the newer rooms(suites) are huge and really nice! Hikes are awesome! They could use more classes in the afternoon. they do charge for some activities, classes and drinks so check.

Beautiful location, friendly staff and clean facility. There are plenty of activities as well. We only stayed one night but we plan on returning in the future for a longer stay. this would be a great place for a retreat.

This was a surprise gift my husband gave to me for my 50th birthday. I couldn’t ask for a better. vacation! (Or husband) lol. Beautiful 2 hour drive from Las Vegas via shuttle. A great room in the dragonfly building..perfect size and everything you need. Great hikes every morning with the best guides who are not only well informed but are passionate about their environment. The fitness classes are all good. The staff are supportive, positive & energetic...especially Cindy who is THE most positive person I have ever met! Someone should really do an audiotape of her doing a class and send it home with people for extra motivation. She’s awesome! All staff really do their best to make it a great environment for you. I loved the fun aspect of hiking & fitness and enjoyed the much needed spa for a relaxing massage, steam & just sitting in quiet area reading & enjoying the view. I chose to dine alone which was another relaxing time for me. I always felt comfortable and was treated with respect by everyone. The wellness speakers were informative & enlightening. I can’t stop talking about Red Mountain Resort & I can’t wait to go back. Thanks to all staff from the front desk, the store, guides, dining staff, fitness & wellness, spa and housekeeping. Hope I didn’t miss anyone as you all deserve recognition. I have travelled a lot in my life but I can honestly say this has been one of the most majestic places I have ever been! Thanks!!

There are almost too many different things to do. The entire staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I purchased a new pair of hiking shoes in the well equipped Red Mountain Outfitters; good price and I got what I needed. Although this resort is geared more toward women, there are more than enough activities for men.
