This is my third visit to Red Mountain and every time it delivers! I love the variety of choices for activities, bodywork, learning or just quiet time in a beautiful space. And the food and service are great. This trip was for me to re-boot my fitness and I am very happy with my experience. I have recommended Red Mountain to friends, family, and co-workers to share the experience and they are now planning their own trips! I am already planning my next trip.....

Such a relaxing time. The spa offers a vast number of treatments. The buffet breakfast and lunch had great, and healthy, choices. All of the hike and walk guides were so passionate. And the room was large, clean, and so comfy!! We so hope to come back again!!!

This is the perfect place to reboot your life - either a new year reset or a post divorce restart! I signed up for the 4-day, 3-night Wellness Package and was absolutely delighted with my experience. The five massage treatments included in the package will blow you away -- Himalayan Hot Stone, Sound Vibration, Cranial Sacral, Thai Table and the most amazing of all was the Red Mountain Rejuvenator!! The fitness classes were amazing -- morning hikes every day (3 different fitness levels, with amazing guides), yoga in the desert, Qi Gong on the lawn, TRX, MELT, Chi Ball Stretch, Core and Tank Top Arms (Rebecca will kick your butt . . . in a good way) and everything in between. All meals were included. The food was wonderful and the wait staff was amazing! I went solo, sat a the community meal table and met wonderful women from all over the world (Canada, Sydney, NYC, Chicago) - all there for a new experience. My villa room in the Owl building was amazing - view of the red rocks and sunrise!

Red Mountain Resort: This trip was the best gift I’ve ever given myself! The daily hikes with knowledgeable guides were incredible and the trainers and instructors in the gym were so energetic and positive. The connections I made and experiences with some of the staff are probably what I will remember most and why I will be back! Dr. Brad Crump and Rebecca from the fitness center- SO CARING! , Guided meditation with Ian- all I can say is wow! Loved him! Guided imagery with Barbara- what an experience! Amy from the restaurant is a hustler and always happy. She Remembered me by name any time I saw her (even at the gym!) and made my dinners alone feel like I was with best friends everyday. Ukulele and drumming from the heart with Dan was SO FUN. He is such a delight! All of the guides were so awesome but Josh definitely challenged me the most and was very encouraging on our endurance hikes! Kim, john, Levi, Sierra and Wally were all pretty darn spectacular too though. I hope I can stay 2 weeks next time. I Love this place!! Oh- the hikers Massage in the spa after a tough 10 mile hike WAS JUST WHAT I NEEDED!
