Everything about this resort is wonderful. We had one glitch but it was resolved right away. Especially loved the meals prepared by Chef Chad and his staff. Beautiful area with wonderful weather in the low 60's for January.

Really loved this vacation. The hikes were beautiful and food was delicious and the staff were friendly. Yes, it's a bit pricey. However, it's the first vacation in a long while where I actually felt rejuvenated afterward. Also, you're doing a lot of activities so you're getting a lot of bang for your buck. And it felt like I was there much longer than 5 days. Was amazing. Would recommend to all.

My friend of over 40 years and I wanted a peaceful place to unwind and reset. We booked the health and wellness for 5 days and 4 nights. The resort has a bit of everything from hikes to classes to the spa. In fact we found that sometimes it was hard to pick which activity to go to. The staff was friendly, polite and helpful for whatever we needed. Loved the food! The chef gave a cooking demonstration that was helpful & delicious. The exercise classes had everything from kettlebells to tai chi and everything in between. I wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend the resort and to return again

The magic started at St. George Airport, when John picked me up. During the ride to Red Mountain, he shared information about things we passed and about the resort. The area is magnificent, but rooms could use a facelift and especially some good reading lights. The variety of classes was amazing and largely different from what I do at home. I would have liked to see more evening talks instead of them being available during the day, when there is so much else to do. The food is superb, especially the sorbets. Service is excellent; Katrina in the wellness center even lent me a charger for my FitBit. I learned more about posture and movement in a one-hour session with Ian than I've learned in years. I'll definitely go back next year.

Location - Great, just outside the entrance to Snow Canyon. Easy access to multiple hiking venues, including Zion. Just outside St. George, which was a nice perk. I know you can fly direct, but the drive up from Vegas was an excursion of its own... 2 hrs, half is desert and half is beautiful. Program - We did the one that included hikes, meals, and massages. The hikes were great. We really liked the guides. Elaine was tremendous. No,complaints on the massages. I had five different masseuses, all solid. Devin was really good. The the food was just okay. It’s a buffet for breakfast and lunch, and the dinner menu rotates with 6-8 offerings per night. We had one good night of steak and one mediocre. Sea bass was good. Desserts were good. They bake really well. Facilities - Little subpar. The buildings are dated with thin walls. We both found the beds to be uncomfortable and didn’t sleep well all week. The property is sneaky small, which is not a strike, but it fronts a relatively busy road and there is some disruptive house construction adjacent to the property. Steam room and spa were solid. Housekeeping - Subpar. All they do is make the bed and change out the towels. They do not clean the bathroom and they do not clear dirty glasses... it was weird. Classes - We did two different yoga and a stretch class. All were good experiences. Ian was good. The gym was very nice. Service - top notch. Registration, wait staff, spa, outdoor services, gift shop... all top notch. There were moments when I couldn’t sleep on those beds/pillows when I was certain to give this three stars. The amazing views on all sides of the property were analogous to the old basketball coach’s phrase “you can’t teach tall.” This feels the same. The views are unique and incredible. The service was great. I think 4 stars best describes the experience.
