We had a fantastic time at Red Mountain Resort!! The people were great -- everyone had a genuine smile and seemed truly interested in making sure that we had a great time. The food and accommodations were also terrific -- we were a little hesitant about "eating healthy" the whole time, but everything tasted great! But the best part was the setting -- the weather was absolutely perfect, and the environment was completely gorgeous and picturesque. This was a perfect place for a peaceful, quiet, rejuvenating getaway! Thank you!!

Room was spacious and clean, comfy bed and pillows, big tub and shower area. Beautiful grounds. Amazing staff, very friendly and helpful. Awesome hiking literally right outside the resort in Snow Canyon State Park, but the guided hikes were the best! A variety of fitness classes offered throughout the day.( I highly recommend yoga with Ian!) Spa open late for that pre-bed massage or facial:-) Hats off to Chef Chad Luethje for preparing mouthwatering, healthy food. Great place to vacation solo. You will meet incredible people guaranteed! Also recommend flying into St George airport. Super close to resort and they have a free shuttle.

We all enjoyed the morning walks and split our time between spa and fitness services. I figured I could get spa services at home so I especially liked the shaman, energy intuitive & crystal sessions! Food was healthy and. Hanged every day so it was not monotonous like I experienced elsewhere. Loved the evening talks after dinner. They even had a local artisan selling Indian jewelry one night.

A beautiful property, the Red Mountain scenery is fantastic, A restful and comfortable place to enjoy. A great place to heal and rejuvenate, or simply de-stress. Exercise classes, yoga and therapy programs were all top notch. The instructors and hike guides were friendly and knowledgeable. The restaurant served very healthy, and tasteful cuisine with buffet breakfasts, lunches, and sit down dinners. Dinner portions were smaller than we were accustomed to. ( Don't expect fries and dee fried foods here). Staff were all very laid back and so friendly. Lastly, the SPA; we chose the "Essential plus package" which included all meals, many activities plus four Spa treatments. We were truly Pampered! The Red Mountain Resort Clientelle- many we met were repeat patrons and spoke highly of the facility The Resort also offers several sessions with an extra charge, for example, private therapy sessions, a mindfulness and also a meditation course which we really enjoyed.

I stayed for a week and absolutely loved it! Don't miss the daily hike, daily spa treatments or the fantastic food! My first time here but many other people said that this was their seventh and eighth trip! I can see why after spending time here. The service is wonderful and there are so many things to do. You will feel renewed and re-energized after a few days. Options include swimming, kayaking, hiking, etc but be sure to sign up early - popular options fill up fast. I will say the rooms are a bit dated but it was less important as I hung out on a hammock over looking the red mountains. The price was very reasonable and I found this place a great value! I will be back for sure!
