The good and the bad - there is both First, the good, and there is a lot: View is unparalleled Peaceful Lovely staff S’mores every evening Fireplaces in room Could be improved: Indoor pool is closed and outdoor pool is freezing (83 degrees when it is in the 60s is unpleasant and no other option) I have back problems and was planning on swimming Instead, I am at a spa with back pain No room service, so room always feels messy - I’m going to look into this and update Restaurant running out of food options Could be made to feel much warmer/cozier with a coat of paint Feels like a stark, white cafeteria Also, as a spa was hoping for a lot of healthy food options - instead we find ourselves walking just around the corner to the French bakery that has lots of gluten and vegan options I’ll continue to update if improvements occur

Rooms are comfortable, great linens and a choice of 5 pillows! The Spa is fabulous as is the staff from the front desk to the practioners. The surrounding area is stunning as there is nothing like being surrounded by these red rocks. Hiking options are wonderful.

Had a wonderful week with my daughter - truly an incredible experience. The Rock Climbing and Canyoning is not to be missed - really life changing. I was a bit scared and Todd was a pro - I accomplished things I did not think I was capable of - surprising myself for a truly life altering experience. The facilities are very beautiful although this is not a luxurious spa - it had almost all I really wanted to have an incredible week. The hiking is amazing, as I mentioned the Outdoor activities are life changing. The Spa services are excellent. The food however is a miss - very mediocre and not a ton of truly healthy choices as one might see at a spa such as Canyon Ranch. The hours were also not ideal if you want to be very active and not plan around meals. They also miss a few small things like slippers in the room - I love my slippers and they did not provide them. Also I had a unit with a kitchen and washer dryer and they did not provide laundry detergent. Very small but would have been nice. I guess I could have asked for it but instead purchased it outside of the resort. The spa services were very nice although the spa building was small and could have used larger more luxurious facilities such as indoor hot tub, sauna etc. The outdoor pools are lovely and the setting is to die for. One other small nit is that they are very strict in charging you if you miss an activity - such as the morning hike (if you are not on the full service plan). Even though there were plenty of people on the hike and I am sure they did not miss one person, they charged me for missing the hike. Feels like they could be more forgiving occasionally (understanding that this is not provided by an outside service provider where they pay per person). Bottom line is would I go back - YES Definitely and this time I will bring my husband. If you do visit Red Mountain and you do not go on either rock climbing or canyoning you are missing out! I can't wait to return and this time I will bring my own slippers!

We traveled in for a group trip/conference. The staff as a whole seemed undertrained , confused or overwhelmed. There was no direction, everyone seemed a little lost and "too busy" to follow through on requests. The restaurant staff were emitting backhanded courtesy. There is a lot of potential in this resort, but something is just not clicking. The amenities were far behind the price point, also. We encountered a very small handful of staff that seemed to be putting in effort and kindness, but overall not a good experience. Fortunately, we had good company to make it worthwhile to stick around.

flew into Vegas and took the St George Shuttle. They delivered me to the front door! My flight had been delayed and I didn't arrive until 9:30pm......unfed and starving! No time between landing and running to catch the Shuttle to grab a bite.....and NOTHING available when I arrived at the resort. Not even directed to a vending machine! That made for an uncomfortable night! Some type of snacks at the front desk might be a nice addition for late arrivals! My room 231, was small but comfortable. Wonderful linens and towels. The tv was a bit TOO large for the room but nice. It was a "Mountain view" but there is no balcony on the second floor so if I were to stay again I would stay on the ground floor. Also---no elevator or bellman at 9:30 pm so managing luggage was difficult. The FOOD and DRINKS were delicious at the restaurant. I ate breakfast, lunch and dinner and the cost was about $120 per day. I went on a guided hike which was amazing and used a bike to ride into the park. I also used the hot tub and was happy to see towels provided there. Overall, I would come back but I would stay in a villa because of the size and access to a kitchen. Great stay and friendly staff. Thank you!

Last August my sister and I used my Luxury Link package to Red Mountain Spa in Saint George, Utah. The spa is all-inclusive and the hikes, classes, lectures, lessons and food are great. The food is healthy, fresh, well-prepared and delicious. The classes go non-stop all day so there is always something to do. We both had GREAT massages - inclusive with the package, a big perk there.

At The Red Mountain Spa in Utah, we were changed to a villa upon request. They were extremely accommodating. It is a lovely setting with wonderful spa food.
