Wonderful resort! So lovely and intimate. Simply beautiful! Pristine beach, plenty of loungers - even nicely spread out so you almost feel like you have the beach to yourself. Try The Beach House restaurant a short stroll down the beach for a lovely meal. We didn't want to leave and can't wait to go back.

We have been coming to and sending people to this lovely romantic special restaurant for years and unfortunately this last visit our dinner was spoiled by a couple smoking both cigarettes and a cigar... when we spoke to the waitstaff they were apologetic but wouldn't ask them to not smoke because they allow smoking. So unusual to have people smoking in a restaurant and especially a place with such a soothing atmosphere. The breeze was wafting the smoke throughout the small dining area and we expected that rather than allow it to bother the other patrons the staff would have politely brought it to their attention and asked them to smoke at the bar or put it out.. Unlikely to return.

My husband and I recently spent a week at Laluna and loved just about every aspect of it. The little bungalows are private and comfortable. The food was excellent! We ate breakfast there every morning by choosing the breakfast plan. We ate dinner there twice during our stay and loved both meals. The spa is very relaxing and my massage was one of the highlights of our stay. We met wonderful people from all over the world! I'd have to say the beach at the resort is one of the most beautiful I've had the pleasure of visiting. Perfect breezes, water in all the shades of blue and green you'd expect to see in the Caribbean. The staff was always friendly, accommodating, and polite. The only thing that was upsetting while there was that a small wallet containing my license and a credit card were taken from my beach bag while we were on the beach. Despite looking everywhere possible it was never recovered, which resulted in cancelling the card and re-ordering my license. Disappointing, but not a deal breaker. There are safes in the rooms to leave valuables and I learned a lesson to be more careful with my things. Overall we had a great experience at Laluna and will remember our time on Grenada as sun-filled and happy!

This hotel has a wonderful location on a hillside directly by the beach, which is more or less exclusive. Our cottage, number 6, was great. It had a big terrace, plunge pool and excellent views of the sea. The dining area is situated right next to the beach. Breakfasts are good and served at a leisurely pace. The main drawback as far as we were concerned is that Laluna is about 4 km up a narrow, winding and potholed road, so even though we had a car, we didn't want to drive along the road at night. We therefore had dinner at Laluna every night and it's very expensive, London prices, The food was good, but nothing special. Warning, if you come by car, don't follow the route shown by Google maps. It's wrong and takes you to the other end of the beach. You can't get to Laguna from there, except by walking along the beach!

A fun, serene and beautiful resort with a lovely beach and fabulous rooms and views. The food is excellent and not unreasonable. We will be back.If natural beauty, lovely rooms, good food and an attentive staff are your style this might be just the place.
