Reviews for Mount Cinnamon Resort & Beach Club

My best Caribbean Resort Experience.

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 13 hours ago

My stay was nothing short of extraordinary. Nestled in lush greenery with sweeping views of Grand Anse Beach, it felt like waking up inside a Caribbean dream. My mornings began with scenic walks to the beachfront gym, followed by breakfast at an open-air restaurant where even the birds stop by for a bite. I mean, it’s a true wellness sanctuary. Then the culinary experiences. Just yum! Everything I ate at The Flying Fish was flavorful. The highlight was perhaps the unforgettable Six-Course Chef’s Table Experience, bringing together world renowned chefs with each moment was seasoned with intention, culture, and care. Oh, live music too! This resort is the very definition of wellness rooted in people, passion and a perfect place for you. My friend and I left refreshed, enchanted, and already certain of one thing: we’ll be back to Grenada and certainly back to Mount Cinnamon, the Caribbean’s purest experience, with a dash of Cinnamon.

Unforgettable 45th birthday Stay in Grenada

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 5 days ago

We stayed at Mount Cinnamon for a few nights and really loved the vibe. The views were absolutely stunning, waking up to that scenery every morning felt surreal. The resort is set on a hill, so expect a little walking, but it’s 100% worth it for those views. Kanilah, one of the manager, was fantastic. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about how we were doing. It’s rare to see a manager so hands-on, and she made us feel like family. And Shakim at the bar?Awesome. His drinks were on point and he had us laughing every night. Most of the staff we met were super friendly and helpful from the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was lovely. Only small letdown was dinner. It wasn’t terrible, just didn’t quite match the level of everything else. Breakfast and lunch were better. Overall, I’d absolutely recommend Mount Cinnamon. It’s laid back, the beach is perfect, and the people make it special. Hope to come back!

Soul Body and Mind

My husband and I had a wonderful restoring stay. Coming from busy schedule on our Daily life this was needed. We attend all the classes offer on complimentary basis from the resort as yoga, thai chi (Eddie Is One of the kindest persone we ever met) and hiit workout with DJ ( was a blast). We went the spa for different treatment , hot Stone message was my favorite ( thank you Faith ). The food was sublime, from the freshness of the product , the seasoning with Wide range of spices .Every single body we Met seems to be in a positive and great Mood, polite , kind and calm. We relax in the terrace of our suite with heartbreaking view, reading and sipping tea , The beach is very well equipped with lounges , clean towel Always available, water sport facilities at Easy access and organized. We Will return.

Perfect Personal Paradise

This was the perfect place for our family of 4. Ronelle greeted us by name each morning and booked the perfect personalized tours so we could experience this beautiful island. The stretch of beach was never crowded and the staff was quick to set up our umbrella and chairs. The breakfast (included) was delicious with the most beautiful view. The pool is small and can get crowded. The resort captures the local character of the island and the garden suite was beautiful.

Beyond Superb

We just returned from a one week stay 6/7-14/25. What a wonderful vacation! The resort and staff were beyond superb. We had the cinnamon suite, which was plenty big enough for my husband and I. The view was awesome from our room. Looking straight out to the water. Our friends had the hacienda room, which was really cool too with the retro looking fridge and two bathrooms. They loved their room too. We were treated with such respect from the moment we arrived. Our taxi driver provided by the resort was great. Thank you, Chris. We used him throughout the week to go to restaurants and a whole day tour. We were greeted with a very tasty rum punch. The sprinkle of nutmeg on the top with a nice highlight. I found new ways of using nutmeg I never thought of. The pina colada with nutmeg was awesome! The breakfast each morning was really nice. A small buffet with homemade baked goods (the pineapple tart I loved). Then the French toast with nutmeg syrup was my favorite each morning from the menu. The other guests in our party loved the English breakfast variety. What is really nice is that they provide their own shuttle to get us up and down the hill AND also brought us to the local restaurant Umbrellas at night and gave us transportation to and from the IGA grocery store and shopping mall. That was such a big help since we’re all seniors, We checked out the Concord waterfall, Tri Island chocolate factory and the rum distillery. All were great. We bought so much local stuff. On Wednesday night, we went to Dodgy Dock for the local vendor cooking. That was awesome. The band was killer and the young people from the Comfort Mercy Ship were there that night. It was so nice to see them having fun and knowing they were there to help the island folk in need. On Friday night, the resort had a bbq on the beach with a bonfire. We got to toast marshmallows and make s’mores. How cool! All in all it was our first trip to Grenada recommended by a doctor friend and such a blessing. The people are all so kind and helpful everywhere we went. I am ready to turn around and go back….

“Mount Cinnamon located in St.Georges, Grenada is a lovely & charming hillside property with magnificent views of turquoise water and ivory sand. The most picturesque harbor is the daily backdrop. Staffed with attentive and friendly folks that seem more like family then employees. The villas are tastefully decorated and roomy. The food was scrumptious! The only down side - because of the hillside location - it is ideal to be in good physical shape. For us, we used the "climb" to our room as our excuse for not using the gym!"
