Just returned from a fantastic 10 days at Mount Cinnamon. From the moment we arrived to a rum punch, immediate help with bags, complimentary shoulder massage and a personal welcome from the GM to the moment we left, it has been amazing. The villas are spotless, well equipped and roomy with a huge comfortable bed and a fridge, washer and dryer the grounds are beautifully kept and the food is fresh, plentiful and interesting. The generous breakfasts are a great start to the day - served by the lovely, ever-smiling Taurell. The great beach is glorious and the facilities and beach cabana give you all you need for lazy day soaking up the sun, sipping rum punches and eating fresh catch of the day and there are hobie cats and kayaking on site and a dive centre next door . However, just like everyone else has written though, it's the staff that make this a 'must stay' place. They are warm, friendly, polite and always ready to greet you and check in that you have all you need - especially Shauna the lovely Guest Services Manager - but are never pushy. My daughter was poorly one day and Mark Kitchen and his team were fantastic - checking in how she was feeling, bringing fresh coconuts, offering to have light broths or rice made. I work in the Customer Experience industry for a living (training hotel GMs on the experience and 'feel good factors' their teams need to deliver to create loyal guests and drive revenues) and Mark and his team have nailed it! Mount Cinnamon justly deserves its reviews and praise. The Hamiltons

Amazing views and the best place along Grand Anse beach as it is still very private. The gardens are immaculate and an absolute credit to the gardening team who are always there working away. Outdoor shuttleboard, table tennis and croquet. We had massages at the beach side cabana which was pretty special. Our accommodation was clean and well catered for. Wish I'd researched before we went as the washer and dryer facility was excellent - would have brought less stuff with us. Balcony view beautiful but no fan out there which meant I didn't use it anything like as much as I'd have wished to. The hotel reception and breakfast area is lovely to look at but again open air so no aircon. Lovely small pool area up at the hotel very nice but no bar staff available or water up there during the day. Beach cabana for lunch really nice - catch of the day blackened or grilled - recommended

The entire property is spotlessly clean, fresh and well maintained from the villas to the common areas and the immaculately manicured grounds. The staff couldn't be more welcoming, helpful and attentive to your needs. We spent a week there and enjoyed it immensely. Our villa., #12, was well equipped and comfortable. The Savvy Beach Cabana area of the resort was great. One of the best Caribbean beach experiences we have had. A wide variety of water toys, great food and comfy beach chairs and umbrellas.

Had the most beautiful, tranquil one week stay. Sandwiched in between two gorgeous beaches, the resort is thoughtfully designed and landscaped throughout, with super-comfortable villas and apartments nestled with mature gardens and plenty of open grass land. The pool, restaurant, bar and reception areas are stylish and laid-back, and staff are exceptional. The accommodation was always so clean and they really did what they could to accommodate some difficult dietary requirements. We thought the quality of the restaurant food was excellent, and we are used to eating out a lot. Plus all this villas and apartments nestled within mature gardens and plenty of open grass land (please don't develop on it!) The pool, restaurant, bar and reception areas are stylish and laid-back, and staff are exceptional. The accommodation was always so clean and they really did what they could to accommodate some difficult dietary requirements. We thought the quality of the restaurant food was excellent - thanks Karim! Plus all this next to an idyllic beach cabanna. It's absolutely one of our favourite hotel stays, so if you should find yourself in Grenada it's the place to stay. Two small comments - a lot of steps everywhere; some pram tracks might help if you're ever hosting more families, and be prepared to keep an eye on the kids near the pool at all times, though not an issue for us. Bye!
