My husband and I had a wonderful quick weekend away- beautiful beaches, wonderful and attentive service, excellent fresh food, lovely clean room. We did a snorkeling trip and the guide brought us to a place where we could swim with turtles and it was simply amazing! Wonderful for couples getaway!

Blue Waters is a paradise... the hotel sits on a tropical hill and fills it's own bay, so the location is beautiful. Everything about the place is understated quality, and the layout really works. The beaches and pools are plentiful and lovely, and there was lots of availability everywhere. As you sit on the beach admiring the clear blue water, pelicans are diving to catch fish. 5 minutes with lovely Owen on the hotel speedboat gets you out onto the reef for snorkelling, the full 1/2 day round the coast was brilliant fun. There are 3 restaurants, but only 2 max are open at any time. The food is very good although the menus would improve if they were rotated more often. But even so we never got bored in 10 days, and we only had meals we really enjoyed. Without being super-luxurious or huge, the rooms have everything you would expect and are very comfortable indeed. The way they are kept in terms of updating towels, etc is great. The staff are REALLY friendly; they are a joy. We went to get married, so a special shout-out for Mandie, the Blue Waters wedding co-ordinator; she is a great personality and awesome by really taking charge of (a) getting all the required paperwork together and authorised in advance; (b) the logistics; and (c) making the day even more special than you had hoped, just by being there! We could not have conceived of a more beautiful romantic place to get married than the the Blue Waters gazebo. In summary, Blue Waters is a really perfect paradise. It's not flash, it's just an understated beautiful place that we would go back to as often as possible. The place and the people made our wedding so special.

A couple of weeks home after a superb holiday at Blue Waters. We cannot fault this place. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. Great facilities and social spaces, nice private areas if you want some chill time and of course, that beach view ... stunning (We were in room 108). The service throughout was of a high standard as is the food. My wife has a gluten intolerance and the staff were knowledgeable and very accommodating in terms of adjusting dishes to suit. All the restaurants are excellent and whilst the Cove Restaurant is fine dining, we tended to enjoy the Palm. Only bit of feedback on the restaurants is that the menus could change a little more frequently, especially at the Cove. We were there for 2 weeks so it became a little too much of the same but couldn't fault the quality. A few special shout outs to a great team. Nicole - (Guest Relations) - so helpful. Sorted out a minor medical issue for us quickly and all remedied without any fuss. She also organised a lovely table and flowers for my wife's birthday which made it all the more special. Kina (Restaurant Manageress) - always greeted guests with a wonderful smile and tended to our every need. Nothing too much trouble and she kept a close eye on the service. She manages a great team. Cedre (Watersports Team) - took us out on a hobicat and told us quite a bit about the island. Felt totally safe at all times and he has a great sense of humour - really fun trip! John (Head Gardener) - absolutely beautiful grounds and we thoroughly enjoyed the garden tour. Everything immaculate and he is clearly very proud of his team. Sheldon (gardener) - took us on a great walk outside the hotel. Kept our steps up and he didn't break a sweat, unlike us!! Finally, and by no means least, Tremaine at the poolside bar. Wow! She works so hard, knows every cocktail and drink combination off by heart and was absolutely charming. Thank you for an amazing holiday - we hope to return!

The Blue Waters resort and spa was fantastic. It had everything we could dream of. The room was big and comfortable, the beaches fantastically clean and uncrowded, magnificent gardens and good restaurants. The full board included everything even free drinks at the bars. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Four of us stayed at the beautiful Blue Waters hotel in Antigua in April and had the most amazing holiday. Everything about this hotel is wonderful, from the friendly staff who can’t do enough for you, to beautiful beach and warm waters and the delicious food to top it off! I would recommend the water sports which are included, and also to try all the restaurants and bars which have an amazing selection of fresh food and drinks. Many people we met were return guests and I can see why! I would recommend this hotel to anyone hoping to visit Antigua!

It's wonderful to arrive at a destination which somehow manages to capture the comfort of home and the feeling of being far away from your familiar. You are immediately in the moment when you arrive at Blue Waters. It's relaxed atmosphere, warm, accommodating staff, stunning views were a welcome to my spirit. There's plenty to do or as little as you please. Either direction will leave you with a satisfied smile on your face.

Antigua has to be my favourite of all the Caribbean islands. The beaches are picture perfect, the people are welcoming, and the water is so inviting. Plus only one word really describes the setting of Rock Cottage at Blue Waters Resort—paradise. From every direction, all you see are miles of blue sea and brilliant sky. The resort is simply a stunning spot. In fact, Antigua has to be one of the most tranquil places I've visited and I've visited a lot of places. I'm already planning my next stay.
