Cocos Hotel

This was our 10th visit to Cocos and I suppose that says it all. The location between two beautiful beaches is wonderful. We tended to stay on the Jolly Beach side most of the day, going over to the Sunset Beach for a last swim & cocktail. The beaches are well maintained and the sunbeds are comfortable with colourful wooden parasols. The cottages are spread out on the promentary and I would carefully look at the siting of them on their website, as the hills up to them are very steep, with lots of steps if you go to the Sunset Beach and the lower pool cottages on that side. Food is varied & excellent & the staff are wonderful. I cannot praise them enough. The evening enterainment is varied, however, I feel 'quieter ' nights such as a saxophinist &/or a pianist, playing in the background, would give guests time to chat after dinner .

Wonderful hotel in a beautiful location. Comfortable rooms with minibar stocked daily, stunning scenery, delicious food and friendly, very helpful staff. If you’re looking for polished marble, gyms and discos, this isn’t the hotel for you. If you want total relaxation in an idyllic location, it is perfect.

Best stay ever!! It is definitely rustic luxury not the same as a big hotel all inclusive but i honestly loved the vibe. We stayed in the beach front villa room 49 and it was beautiful! We enjoyed the outdoor shower even though we were a bit skeptical at first, it was so amazing and very private. The patio was gorgeous with a plunge pool and loungers. You also have direct access to one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen. Both beaches are clean, no seaweed clear water. They have loungers and a great beach bar. The service was incredible everyone was attentive and very friendly! They always made sure we got what we needed and never felt like you had to look for service. The food was also amazing, not your typical food you can get an all inclusive (which can be hit or miss) this food was next level every dish was well put together and we always left satisfied. We came in the slow season and it was sooooo quiet and peaceful we basically had a private beach. This is definitely worth booking and don’t sleep on the beachfront villas!! Also the bugs/mosquitoes were not as bad as we thought just bring bug spray and it’s fine.

Stayed for a week in September, cant thank the hotel staff and particulalry Kris for going above and beyond during our stay including a surprise bottle of bubbly in our room for our anniversary, a beautifully decorated suprise dinner table and further bottle of bubbly for our anniversary dinner and complimentary late checkout when one of us wasnt feeling well which was nmost greatly appreciated, wouold certainly recommend and look forward to a return trip in future.

We had a great time at Cocos Hotel. The staff was friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The campus is beautiful and provides access to the amazing caribbean beach just steps away. The over water restaurant had great service and unique options daily, and the beach grill never met a bad quesadilla. The cats on staff roaming the property were friendly and cute, shoutout to Mr. Whiskers!
