Reviews for DOM Boutique Hotel
We stayed there 3 nights to explore the city. The rooms are pretty, cosy, and have all amenities. The front staff gives very advices in terms of restaurant and what to visit. The buffet breakfast is good also. We would stay there again should we come back.

We have been there for 4 nights. The hotel is excellent. The staff was very nice and helpful. The clean level was very high and the breakfast was very good. The location of the hotel is excellent, near the summer garden. All the historical sites are in 15 minutes walking. We are highly recommend this hotel and definitely will come back again.
Well , from outside it is like other buildings in St Petersburg, Just you feel the different when entering this hotel with the artistic decor and tastefully color combination between red , black and white the dominant colors you will feel vibrant in this reception integrated with the library lounge on your left side and and enclosed lounge. Also the restaurant and bar is next further from the receptionist corner but still On the same floor, which is so practical in this unique boutique hotel. The lunch menu with very good quality and really taste beyond our expectations and shocking reasonable price of Rb 350.- is really a bargain for this city; all of those is served with their heart ❤️ in very cosy and delightful ambience. It is strongly recommended when you are around till 16.00 open for lunch. The bedroom with a view to the street is also spacious enough to put our 2 big suitcases and a writing desk is also provided and you will be provided a water cooker if you ask the receptionist for it. The designer bed room with the all black bath room except the sanitary wares is so eye catching. The location is also quite strategic near the blood spill church, Peter fortress and many resto within walking distance is so easy to move around and off site of touristic areas , so I think you don't have to worry of pick pockets when you do strolling around the hotel. Lastly about the breakfast I didn't miss any thing I wanted from Capucinno, to healthy breakfast, fresh fruits, yoghurt, all kind of breads, ham,Beacon. Eggs in its variety and for weekend Sat/Sun hey serve champagne, wow so beyond our expectation. All in all nothing to complain, well recommended this DOM boutique Hotel.
I booked a room through a third-party website (Booking.Com) like I usually do when I travel. The booking was guaranteed by a credit card and had a cancellation policy. The hotel sent me a private e-mail a few days before my departure saying that due to high occupancy, they ask me to provide an advance payment for the total within 48 hours in any convenient way to me (at the hotel;, via their website or by bank transaction) of they reserve the right to cancel non-guaranteed reservations. I reached out to Booking.Com that didn't understand why they did that. It caused me unwanted stress before leaving but fortunately, I managed to get another reservation. I really suggest you avoid them. I've never encountered that in my life.
