Staff superb at every service. Perfect breakfast, loved the Lichfield bar for hanging out. Location in St Isaac’s Square is outstanding. Amazing history to hotel. Can’t say enough of how outstanding service was.

We only stayed for one night, but wish we'd had more time. Our room was very big with a comfortable bed, powerful shower and copious amounts of hot water. The location opposite St Isaacs couldn't have been better. Very friendly staff in all departments who went out of their way to make us feel as welcome and comfortable as possible. I would definitely return if we visit St Petersburg again.

Used the Spa, we had a celebration. The rooms service and the service in the restaurants were perfect. Our celebration finished late at night, all hotel personal was very polite and supportive. Used the Spa and massage. Team was very good, it is clean and well organised. Massage table at the Spa centre was too narrow.

Classy, elegant, timeless, luxurious, perfect. This is how a hotel should feel. Excellent service, wonderful rooms, staff friendly and attentive, well located, feels historic but with all modern amenities. Room (complementary upgrade to a suite) was perfect (other than a leaky shower requiring a quick mop up!). Best Irish coffee I’ve had for years! Without question, the nicest hotel I’ve stayed in (and I’ve stayed in a few!). Can’t wait for opportunity to return.
