Rocco Forte has taken a big responsibility by taking over St. Pete's Astoria Hotel! History, location, past prestige are a great heritage as well a heavy burden to carry on. Today's situation has definitely improved and standards are quite acceptable, but RF still has a long way ahead to bring Astoria back where it belongs to. Major areas of concern are personnel (courtesy, customer orientation, and maintenance.
