Reviews for The Crane Resort
We stayed here for one week as a celebration for my birthday. It was great in every way. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The concierge in particular was great. She arranged for an island tour for my husband and I and had wine and dessert sent to our room for my birthday. The resort is gorgeous. It is tranquil and so relaxing. Our room had an ocean view. We slept with the sounds of waves crashing and crickets and frogs chirping. The room was very comfortable and spacious. It was great to have a kitchen to use. The beach had bright blue water and soft sand. I enjoyed every minute of my time there I especially loved the bar at the beach. The mahi mahi wraps were great. We ate at all the restaurants in the resort except Zen. The food was very good everywhere. We also walked to nearby Foul Bay beach which is a nice walk to a very beautiful spot outside the resort. Loved this place and can’t wait to return.
Crane resort is a classy property with views to die for - anywhere the eye goes it takes your breath away, whether it's a plant, stone on a walking path or mind numbing expanse of the ocean ahead. Buildings are beautifully appointed, with nature's touch present in the best of ways. Staff are friendly, patient, and helpful. Love this home away from home!

The resort it’s self is beautiful and very well kept, it is only 10 mins from the airport so easy transfers. There is plenty of places to eat and overall the food is good Zen is definitely the best restaurant, I would however stay away from Azure’s for breakfast is was cold the best bit was the freshly cooked omelette! Very over priced for the quality of it! Around £50 for two people. The BBQ night was the worst meal the head women was very abrupt and the cook was too busy chatting to his friend, the food had been precooked and then re-warmed (I use that word lightly) the food was still cold and over cooked, not worth the price charged for it. The staff are mainly miserable and don’t really want to engage with you there is definitely no chance of them bending over backwards to be polite and jolly! You find that the staff that are lovely are the ground staff, Concierge and a couple of the bar and waiting staff! Anyone at management level forget it. Overall the place is lovely just visit with the view that it is expensive and expect not to be treated like a guest that has paid a lot of money to come here.

We stayed at The Crane with our 1 year old baby first week in January. We had an amazing stay at this beautiful resort. We spent most of the time by one of the many pools onsite, we met a lot of lovely holiday makers around the pool. They have the best sun beds I have ever tried, very relaxing! We also spent time on The Crane Beach, and it does live up to its reputation of being one of the top 10 beaches in the world! The restaurants onsite are all very nice, but our favorite is the Italian restaurant D’ONOFRIO’S TRATTORIA, we ate there 3 times. They also serve gluten free pasta, great as one of us is Celiac. 1887 is a great bar for a relaxing fruit punch, and the cakes and ice cream at The Village Cafe are lovely. Our suite was amazing with our own plunge pool! We were shown by a lovely person from their on site sales team one of their new units they are developing, and it's absolutely stunning!! The concierge Jeffrey helped us booking a car and was very helpful with everything. Also, a thank you to our housekeeper Valerie, she was so nice and helpful every day! We can't wait to come back and stay at The Crane soon!! Thank You!!

My Family had a great time at the Crane, we will definately be back. The staff are friendly especially the house keeper that serviced our room. This is a great location overlooking the Atlantic ocean; awesome.
