Hotel de Paris Saint-Tropez

Stayed here for a weekend of partying and shopping (what else is there to do?) and the hotel was ideally located, modern, clean, excellent service and the one incident I had was profusely apologised for and discounts given. Decent gym for its size and lovely breakfast. Would stay there again if I went back to St Trop

We have been here many times. The staff is excellent. The concierge team is the best in the world w respect to getting you the tough reservations and responding to your emails prior to the actual trip. Many places simply don’t respond for weeks but this team is excellent w responses. The rooms are clean and standard. There is a pool on the roof. But the reason we keep coming back is the staff and the location. It is a perfect location to walk into town and access the port/restaurants/shopping/flea market….. Breakfast is exceptional. It’s not a beachside resort. It’s a hotel in town w an amazing team who will help u from the beginning to the end of your travel experience.

Nothing was too big of a request, and every detail was handled with genuine care and attention. Months before our arrival, Sam personally took the initiative to reach out to me and ask about our reservation wishes because we were celebrating my 41st birthday. That level of thoughtfulness and commitment was something I will never forget. AND DID HE DELIVER? Read below.. Let me tell you - Sam and his team delivered beyond anything we could have imagined. Not only did we have the best second seating reservations, but we had the best tables at every single place we visited, and it was all because of Sam and his incredible team. Their connections, dedication, and passion for making guests feel special are unmatched. They didn’t just help plan our trip — they helped create an experience we will cherish forever. We were celebrating my 41st birthday, and I swear the team at Hotel de Paris knew it was my birthday before my own parents did! Every interaction felt personal and genuine. From the front desk, to the concierge, to the breakfast team, the rooftop staff, and the room cleaning service — everyone had a smile on their face and everyone was ready and willing to do whatever they could to make sure we had an unforgettable stay. One of the details that truly sets Hotel de Paris apart is their incredible hotel car service. Being able to have immaculate vans ready to take you wherever you want to go in Saint-Tropez at a moment’s notice made us feel like true VIP guests. The vehicles were impeccable, every driver was kind and professional, and that extra level of service made exploring Saint-Tropez effortless and special. The beauty of this hotel is not only in its design, location, or amenities — it is in the people. The staff genuinely cares. They remember you, they anticipate your needs, and they make you feel like you are more than just a guest. Absolutely lovely hotel perfectly positioned, rooms are very well equipped . Bathroom reflects the rest of the accommodation.We loved the roof top pool , but I could imaging it getting very busy in high season . Staff absolutely amazing.Breakfast superb. My one criticism is the rooms at the front can be a little noisy, so if you are a light sleeper book an internal room . One more issue, our room looked straight into the beautiful Chanel store, so couldn't prize my wife away from the window as she waited for the delivery truck.! Thoroughly recommend this hotel.

From the moment you are welcomed, you are always welcomed. The staff is personable and very responsible. The concierge staff is excellent five star quality. The people who clean our room are as kind as can be. The upstairs lounge/pool area is beautiful with a view for sunset. The restaurant is very good and accommodating. The breakfast is great-the pastry chef should be award worthy!!!!The bedding is better than home!
