Not my first time at the Monaco but I'm glad to be back. Lovely rooms and had a lobster roll at the restaurant that was better than what I'd recently had in Maine. Well located for all we had to do in town and both Carl and Justin at the front desk were super helpful. We'll be back!

Really friendly and inviting place! Staff were great and helpful, and went out of their way to make sure I had a good experience. Also, cool design throughout lobby, bar, and restaurant. Will definitely come back next time I’m in town for business.

Could not have been happier with the service and location. Starting from check in where we were asked if we wanted a room close to/far away from the elevator (why don’t more hotels proactively ask this??) to the texts I received making sure the room was great and we had everything we needed. Shout out to Sebastian, Chris, and Jeff for excellent customer service. The hotel was able to accommodate a late check out (though we didn’t end up needing it). Very comfortable room and super convenient to walk to the shows we saw at the Eccles theater and Delta Center. 10/10

Beautiful hotel in Downtown SLC. Rooms are comfortable, light, and clean. Comfortable sleep, great shower. Guests are invited to decorate their room with plants found in the lobby for the duration of their stay. There is also a yoga mat in each room if you don't have enough time to go down to the gym. Higher-floor rooms have a great view of the city. Common areas have a lot of cutting areas, flowers, and games. The on-site restaurant and cocktail bar are both really great, with lots of delicious options.

Drove up and was greeted immediately outside by valet offering me a luggage cart. Walked in and Jeff, front desk, upgraded me to a king. The room is super comfy, the shower is hot, the bed is perfect. I feel welcome and the staff is mindful of me, even with all the other guests. Loved my stay and will make Kimpton Hotel Monaco Salt Lake City my home away from home every visit.
