I have been a regular guest at this hotel for years, and it's disappointing to witness a decline in its standards. A decade ago, the moment you walked in, you could sense an air of elegance. The classical piano music that greeted you created a sophisticated ambiance. This time, however, we were surprised to hear rap music playing as we approached the entrance, which felt out of place for this traditionally refined setting. The room itself was pleasant, but we were taken aback when we ordered room service and it was delivered in plastic to-go boxes with plastic utensils. When we asked about this, the staff mentioned that they, too, felt it wasn't up to the standard of a 4-star hotel, but management had chosen to stick with this post-COVID practice. This approach seems to undermine the hotel’s reputation for elegance and quality. Given the hotel's longstanding history in Salt Lake City, it's sad to see it drifting away from the characteristics that made it special. I was especially disappointed because I brought a friend here, having talked up the hotel's elegance, only to feel let down. I hope management will consider returning to the practices that made this hotel a cherished destination. It would be unfortunate if the shift away from traditional standards harmed its reputation in the long run. I genuinely hope they take these concerns seriously to maintain the legacy that has attracted generations of guests.

We stayed at the Little America Hotel in Salt Lake City for one night, we stayed in the motel section of the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Parking cost $18 for the day, the hotel was located around a 20 minute walk from the center of the city and there was a tram stop nearby.

The entire staff from check-in, to room service and in the coffee shop was amazing. Everyone was knowledgeable, helpful and very kind. Our dinner and breakfast that we had via room service was hot and delicious. Overall this was our best stay in the 15 years that we have been going there.

Great hotel to stay in downtown SLC with your family. Very family oriented. Comfortable beds & soft pillows. Easy access to parking areas. They have great breakfast & lunch at the hotel Coffee Shop. Right off the 15 freeway exit, & 15 entrance.

What a delightful surprise! We booked this hotel for our last night in Utah after a week of skiiing. The hotel is spacious, the rooms are very large with plenty of room around the beds. The hotel has an older classic hotel feel that has been lost in so many contemporary hotels. It has a lovely bar and lounge and very well curated large gift shop. We will definitely be staying here again!
