Don’t do it, save your money!!!
This place is an overpriced dump with poor service. Far from luxury. Stay at La Cantera down the street for a true luxury experience. Poor service, from the valets, to the front desk to the management. Raggedy carpet in a business class room, NOT luxury. You’ve been warned.

Nicely located modern hotel with small rooms. Valet parking only.
Nicely located by Great America, Rim-shopping Center and restaurants. Friendly staff, clean and modern accommodations. Small hotel room, nice bathroom, small mini fridge, no in-room microwave, Keurig coffee maker. Only one chair in room. Have to keep logging into the Internet every day to use. Valet parking only, very inconvenient and expensive. Not a good fit for daily coming and going. If something is left in the car you still need to get the valet to get your items. Self park options not available. Might be all right for a one night stay but not for more than two. Full service breakfast only offered Friday through Sunday, dinner Wednesday through Sunday. Small grab and go coffee shop open every day. Nice gym with water fill. Offers both indoor and outdoor pools.

Charming Hotel and Resort
Eilan has so much character and it is a beautiful Hotel and Spa. The location was Perfect for shopping and dining and everything is walking distance. Despite some of the things I didn't like, this is still a place I'll revisit. Pro's - Shopping and dining is close. - Customer service and Valet workers were excellent - The room was super nice, clean, and smelled good - The shower was HEAVEN ( great water pressure) - The beds were a perfect combination of softness and firmness. - Absolutely stunning resort. - Spacious room. Con's - Although beautiful, the BATHROOM sinks never drained adequately. They both stayed full, so when you brushed your teeth all the toothpaste and spit just sat there. Not enough counter space in the bathroom. Very little space to hold your toiletries , or wash your face, as the sinks were small, shallow and short in comparison to the small countertop, so you had to use the other sink, or enter from the side of the sink. - The room was too dim ( dresser lamps only). - Parking Cost. $40.00 a day. - No room service, as in cleaning the room, changing sheets, making the bed, swapping towels, or emptying trash. This has to be requested daily, and with a 24 hour advance notice.

Thievery at it’s worst.
There is no regular or daily cleaning service. There is nothing available around the hotel except a coffee shop that is open for a very limited time in the morning. We forgot our expensive headphones on the room and they did not let us back up to get it even 5 mins after we returned the key card. Thievery at it’s worst!

Very nice resort
Very nice Spa resort. Quiet, clean and nice location. Will be going back. Loved the people, very helpful and friendly. The fitness rooms on site were the BEST! Used uber for most moving about but there is a public bus stop within walking distance.

One of the best resorts we've stayed at. The King Suite was very spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the food in Sustenio and the customer service was unparalleled. Great stay from check-in to check-out!
