I called the same day and asked for a hot stone massage, which then I asked for how much the service would be and the receptionist told me $240. Then when I had my service it was not what I made an appointment for?? Melody the manager was not accommodating, telling me I will only be charged $230.. I’m supposed come out relaxed and refreshed but ended up stressed and annoyed with Service. Don’t go not worth the money.

Had a very lovely experience from the beginning. Everyone was very welcoming and the rooms were not that bad. There were minor stains one medium size stain on the headboard and some on the floor. The bath tub could of been cleaned out a little bit more thoroughly, but it still didn't ruin the experience of a beautiful night. The valet and the front desk mainly Stephanie were delightful. However, when I got home and ask questions about my billing, a man named Chris whom I'm assuming might've not have had customer relations like her has no customer experience when it comes to talking to guest but should learn hospitality, especially from Stephanie because she is very professional, and a great person, keeping the hotel at the standard, it should be held.

We experienced an absolutely perfect weekend at Mokara Hotel and Spa with our grandchildren. We greatly appreciated the hotel staff who honored our reservation request for connecting/adjoining rooms. The spacious layout was perfect for our family time, complete with turndown service of cookies and milk! We were upgraded to a river facing room with delightful balcony for people watching the busy riverwalk area. Our grandkids loved the pool and hot tub area, and my husband enjoyed relaxing in the spa, whirlpool, and sauna! Mokara staff and amenities are top notch and this hotel is a "must stay" on your next trip to San Antonio!

Nichole is the best, she gave me a tour of the spa section. Had the best facial ever. Love this place…From the Greeting when I walked in to the time I left the Spa and left the Hotel. Would 100% come back and stay use their Spa again. Thanks Nichole!! I will be Back!!

We did a weekend family stay. The front desk was welcoming friendly, & knowledgeable about our benefits. The staff in the spa was also very good & the spa was clean. The Housekeeping, not so good. Our room on the 7th floor was dusty. So bad that i coughed and sneezed all night & couldn't sleep well both nights, and The mattress was too soft and uncomfortable. I complained to the front desk the next morning, & they had the maid come back and this time they dusted the whole room where they should have done in the first place, including around the TV and side tables. The shower was cold. Most of the staff was very nice, however, the housekeepers, what kind of cold. There was a young, tall housekeeper on the 7th floor that was rude to us as we departed.
