We stayed for 6 nights for a ski trip and were very impressed by the hotel. It has everything a skier needs from the ski butler, boot room, 2 pools, saunas, spa, private screening room, gym and yoga room. We stayed in a Junior Suite with views of the mountains - it has a fire, lovely bathroom and is quiet. The shuttle will take you up to the ski pass and bring you back each day. Mohammed was a great guy to shuttle us around. Breakfast offers a huge and delicious choice with great service. The bar is cozy again with great service and a pianist in the evenings who is superb. We ate one night at the 3 star Michelin restaurant St Hubertus - it was a dining experience none of us will every forget - superb. The only negatives were 1) a chambermaid who did our room each day but was a little slapdash and patch service on reception. When we were checking out the receptionist left us in the middle of checking out to deal with another guest who definitely could have waited! If we come back to this area to ski we would definitely choose this hotel.

I can honestly say that it is one of the best hotel experiences I have had anywhere in the world. A family run hotel and all the staff go out of their way to ensure you have a great stay. The reception and concierge staff went out of their way to help with every aspect of our stay. The ski concierge looks after your skis at the end of the day and has them ready at the front door in the morning. The food is magnificent, then you have a 3 Michelin star restaurant St Hubertus. Hard to describe the food experience there. It was magnificent. The chef Norbert and all his staff were exceptional. We food and wine were exquisite. There is a family spa area and an adults only spa for peaceful relaxation and recovery from a hard days skiing. The only negatives are the rooms are too hot and very hard to regulate heat... not a big problem, we kept the windows open, but the ski rental company, Breakout, that the hotel recommends was hopeless. It was like a factory, they gave you whatever skis they had, rather than what you wanted and then they overcharged every person in our group by charging for the wrong category of skis. They probably do this to all their customers. Not a pleasant experience and not up to the very high standard of everything else in the hotel. Truely spectacular hotel that go out of their way to ensure your stay is a great experience.

a true 5 star experience in a beautifully appointed boutique hotel with outstanding staff who were always willing to do whatever they can for their guests. Breakfasts were amazing and simply do not miss the 3 star Michelin St Hubertus restaurant attached to hotel for dinner. Skiers are shuttled to and from the slops with no delays and great efficiency and San Cassiano itself is so very pretty whilst not too far away from the bigger towns of La Villa and Corvara (short taxi). Only one downside - the ski rental suggested to us by the hotel (Breakout in La Villa) overcharged all 4 members of our group (by charging for a higher ski category than the skis we actually rented which we had already viewed on their excellent website and in their in shop brochure). They also had only a very limited range on the day we arrived even tho we were in March already - ie not peak period. Suggest try other places for ski hire.... but do not miss this hotel ... what an experience !!!

A beautiful luxury family owned boutique hotel. We were here for skiing and the lovely and professional owners have thought of everything to make your holiday comfortable, easy and beautiful. From the luxurious yet understated interiors, the excellent food, individual rooms, ski butlers, boot warmers, lift transfers etc skiing has never been so hassle free. So many luxury surprises to keep you happy like slabs of chocolate in the afternoon, jars of freshly made cookies, welcome treats etc and of course the adult only sauna and pool area. Children are happy I am sure in the family pool but I loved the relaxation and quiet view with an adult only area as well. Lobby, lounge area, library, gym, cinema - my day off from skiing spent in the hotel was actually my favourite day of our ski week! We hope to return again soon!

We stayed again at Rosa Alpina hotel in the Dolomites from the 23 Feb. until the 5 March and we had a lovely time as usual. The hotel is wonderful, the owners, Ursula and Hugo are great, and Stefania Belle, the GM is delightful and so accommodating, helping out with every wish. Everyone in the hotel is super friendly from the F&B team, reception, housekeeping and porters (who are very multitasking). The interiors are lovely and very tasteful, and the berry on top of the cake is the ST. Hubertus 3 star Michelin restaurant in the hotel with amazing culinary experiences. We have already booked a few years ahead, and we can’t wait to go back. Eva
