Quality
Hotel was great. Staff was attentive. And rooms were very nice. The area it’s in is struggling a bit but once inside it very nice staff and comfortable. Hope though they clean up the sourounding blocks as it’s needed for you to enjoy even further.

Absolutely incredible hotel with exceptional staff!
Stayed at this hotel for my birthday weekend and had an incredible experience!! Our room was amazing and the beds especially the pillows are incredible. Amazing balcony as well. The hotel offers complimentary wine and that was fabulous. We had an 10/10 exceptional experience with the front desk and guest services especially w Noah!! He is an amazing manager and provided the best hospitality services we’ve experienced in San Diego. He is kind, professional and our experience at the hotel wouldn’t have been the same without him!!

Can’t wait to come back
The hotel in classic Kimpton style had all these thoughtful extras like yoga on Saturday mornings, massage guns that you can rent from the front desk, and reusable water bottles. You also get a cozy beautiful robe in your room. I almost bought one I loved it so much. The hotel styling was on point with amazing wallpaper on every floor that inspire you to take selfies. The staff were so nice and super helpful.

Hotel experience
Extremely kind and courteous staff. Quite attentive to things going on a d will help if needed. Only complaint would be with valet....waited over 2 hours for my vehicle and when I did receive the vehicle it had a flat tire.

Nice place!
Nice place. Comfy beds. Loved texting with the front desk instead of calling a number. Had dinner when I got in and the food was good. Some street noise at night but expected for the location.
