The location of the property was great but the property itself needs to be updated and kept up better. Do not eat at the restraunts over priced and not good. The rooms are old and the cleaning staff does the minimum

Stayed here for just two nights and so did not have the opportunity to enjoy all of the facilities. The rooms were fairly standard with all the amenities one needs but were not luxurious in any way. I thought this was a bit expensive and did not really provide good value for money. We were unhappy with the fact that they charged for parking our car in the parking space allocated to our room - seems like profiteering!

we attempted to make reservations over the phone to correct a credit card issue. we were referred to "the back office". I wish i had got the name of the person we spoke with. it took hours to get a simple issue solved. despite faxing driver licenses and credit card info and even a passport for verification. I get the need to protect against identity theft etc, but this was ridiculous and let to a bad experience overall. the property has a great location but they need to work on customer relations IMO.

Front desk started out great had a slight problem on my end but took care of it came back to finish check in and experience turned south, was given a slight attitude from one of the front desk girls didn't appreciate it then the original girl that was helping came back and fixed the problem so started off rocky but got somewhat better. Finally got checked in and was able to relax. Beautiful property great room just a bad attitude from front desk to start but overall experience was ok. Hopefully next visit will be better

Way over priced, House keeping sucked, our room never got cleaned till 5:00 pm I had to go buy cleaning supplies to clean the tub it was disgusting, next to our room a woman screamed 2 rats came flying out of her room, the resort nickel & dime you for everything the food sucked we ate off the resort every night. Pools look like they haven't been cleaned in weeks. Best thing to keep in mind Do an all inclusive They are the best. STAY AWAY FROM PARADISE POINT SAN DIEGO!!!
