Overall we were disappointed, however, did realize they are in the middle of remodeling. We felt that communication of some of their problems needed to be stated when we registered. We have been there before when the grounds were absolutely beautiful.

Needs major renovations to rooms. Property is nice. Was charged car parking and resort fee of $70/ night which was not listed on description . I would not stay here again. Rooms are next to a park and noise continued into late night.

Overpriced. Needs major renovations. Had the feel/atmosphere more of a motel rather than a resort but with the resort prices. $32 resort fees are basically to use the pools/fitness center, doesn’t really include anything else. Rooms musty, likely have mold. Lots of construction going around so walking to the conference center you’re smelling dust/watching people poor concrete. I didn’t see any beach chairs on the beach (didn’t inquire but maybe they charge for rentals). Beach was poor quality, nothing impressive. Food was descent but over priced. Service was ok, would take multiple calls to get extra cups/hangers delivered the room. Safe in the room didn’t work even after asking to get it fixed. The hotel lobby had a distinct cleaning product/artificial fragrance smell and was unimpressive. They don’t even offer complimentary tea/coffee in the hotel lobby.

Fast check in and check out. Friendly staff. Clean rooms, but a little dated. Older property. Meeting rooms located on the waterfront. Good conference coffee and average food. Good happy hour deals at waterfront bar. Location close to airport and shopping/restaurants.

While this is a beautiful hotel in a great location, they nickel and dime you for everything. You have to leave $100 down per night after paying a minimum of $200 per night. Cost to park the car and the daily passport fee is a bit much when you are not using all the offerings (weather didn't allow for pool visits)
