My husband and I took a "baby moon" to Paradise Point. We look forward to returning when we can do more of the activities after baby is born. We saw lots of families during our stay so plan to return with the kids.

Friendly and super attentive staff. Clean and beautiful surroundings. Both family-friendly and also perfect for the bachelorette party I attended. The food was great, and I loved the gift shop--it had any and everything you'd need. I will definitely stay here again.

Our trip was amazing. We had a Bayside Bungalow and it was perfect for our little family. The Bay and Beach fire pits right outside our door. It could use a little bit of an curtain upgrade and a good cleaning, but nothing to be alarmed about.

This hotel is beautifully landscaped. It was really fun to walk around the grounds and look at all of the flowers/ponds/palm trees. The private beach is beautiful as well. It's fun to be able to get a walk in the sand without having to drive to the ocean (the beach is only on Mission Bay so it isn't really the ocean either). The food at the restaurants is overpriced for what you get. Go off the resort if you are able to. The internet access sucks. Don't expect much from it. It's frustrating too because you pay $38 a day for it to not work. The TV is okay. Some of the channels lose their signal and never come back. Other than that it is a beautiful resort. Everyone that I encountered that was an employee of the resort were kind and attentive. I was here for a business trip and the conference facility is beautiful, the catering was amazing (not sure why the restaurants sucked so bad), and the employees were very helpful.

As mentioned above, our bathtub wasn't clean. Also, the refrigerator had leaked on the furniture, and floor before we got there. We had to call maintenance. It seems that we were paying for the grounds keeping services mostly. It would have been nice to have been furnished with free Airport Shuttle's and local areas. This would have improved our stay.
