For being a resort, I would consider this one to be below resort standards. The rooms were large enough but the floors were filthy and I found two VERY large cockroaches in my tub. The chairs on my back patio where very worn and needed to be painted. The curtains over the french doors had a huge rip in them and the bed skirt was ripped. The AC unit made a terrible rattling noise while it was on. I would say overall that a lot of renovation needs to be done to this location to be called a resort. My encounters with the staff very pleasant. Everyone was very friendly and said hello as they passed in their golf carts.

My family has been coming to Paradise Point since the 1990"s. We love it and it is only getting better. We love the fact that it is all inclusive. The younger children can play safely at the beach and the older family members can swim, go kayaking, sailing, boating, etc. We love to fly kites a the park right across the way, and we love t bike ririding together.

Greeted with an unknown charge of parking your car at $38 a night !!! Found old half eaten bag of pop corn in a drawer in room. Air conditioning was like having road works done in my room. Lighting was poor Caveman pizza restaurant was dirty with food all over the floor I had to ask twice for a table to be cleaned away as First time it was ignored. when it's busy you get really poor service It's a lot of money for a less than average place. Location is great but that's about it.

This property exceeding my expectations for our business meeting. The staff, the meeting space allocation, Wi-Fi, audio-visual team, and food & beverage were excellent. Although the sleeping rooms were a bit spread out, their bellman cart service rendered that situation for me (I had a sprained ankle). Without the sprained ankle, I would have enjoyed the walk.

The location of the property was great but the property itself needs to be updated and kept up better. Do not eat at the restraunts over priced and not good. The rooms are old and the cleaning staff does the minimum
