This is the best place to go to relax. The room was very cool and beautifully designed. It had every amenity. The room was very clean. The room was lagoon view so it was very private and calm. The view was nice and the location was great as well. What stood out the most from this stay was the service we received and my family and I were very pleased.

I was here for 3 days for a meeting and really fell in love with the place. It is truly awe-inspiring. It is spread over quite a bit of land so you go to your room by golf carts that are at your beck and call. Lots of swimming pools and tropical landscaping. It's right on the water so the views are amazing. We had lots of great food at the restaurants on site and it was a short drive to downtown San Diego, Old Town and Ocean Beach for the meals we had out. Very nice place for vacation or business.

Our trip was excellent, the staff were great. The venue was breath taking, we really enjoyed our stay. The food and drink were very enjoyable, loved the option for late night pizza delivery to our room.

Last time, I had an issue about hotel fees. I still think it's wrong to charge $38.00 to park in front of your room. But, we did return, and this time the room was less expensive. I made use of the EXCELLENT spa- so worth it. The grounds are exquisite. The pet fee is steep. It should be at least partially refundable. The staff is exceptional. Rooms clean, pools lovely. We'll probably be back!

The whole place is being torn apart and renovated. Some rooms are great, others are down a long dark path beside construction. Sidewalks are not lit at night in the winter. I visited in the summer and it was lovely, there was a big difference in their off-season. I understand updates have to be made but the price was still very high to be in the middle of a construction zone. Walls are paper-thin and you can hear your neighbor's conversations. Events went well and their food was excellent.
