Parking fee and resort fee are too pricy!!! I also hade to pay an upgrade for a renovated room after reading such poor reviews on the non-renovated rooms. Nothing in my booking said renovated or non-renovated. Frustrating to pay more for a better room that was not disclosed in the original booking. *The TP in the room keeps falling off the holder. ***Maybe flip the holder towards the ceiling like a paper towel holder to keep it from falling off!

Stayed here for one night after our Disney cruise. Our room was remodeled, with nice beach decor. AC was a bit noisy, but the room was nice and clean. If you like kayak, boating etc, there is a rental place on site, along with bike rentals, a nice spa and a reasonably priced store. Overall, the resort is nice, but the parking charge of $38 dollars a day is painful. There is also an additional $35 or so resort fee so tack on over $70 bucks to your rate to see the true value. A few years ago, stayed at the Bahia resort and for parking alone, prefer that hotel over Paradise Point.

Ive stayed here a few times over the years and each time it gets better and better. These guys are all about customer service and ensuring guest have a good time regardless of length of stay. I went with a few buddies and stayed a couple nights, enjoye dthe barefoot, the gas fire pits, pools, jacuzzi et al. Its got all you need on site to have a real relaxing stay. Also uber comes to the property spot on and will take you anywhere you need to go real easy. There are great spots off site close by for beers and burgers. Plus the rest of SD is at your door step. Views from the rooms vary but ours had a nice view and a real fire pit just outside. parking is close to your room and you can walk to anywhere on the property in a couple minutes, here is a hint and real bonus, you can also get a golf cart to come get you and get you back to the room or wherever on the property (just call ahead and make a request) seams like a small thing but it really makes a cool difference when you need something or you need to get somewhere at night. Love this place and will likely stay there again when i return to SD.

We had visited the Island Market several times with in a 2 hour period and every time, Elizabeth was there willing to help us with whatever we needed. She is super friendly and went above and beyond! Thanks Elizabeth!

Our stay started out with a late check in and a strange room that was a model room unprepared for guests- no curtains (other guests could walk by and see right in) no toilet paper no door locks etc. It was a multi-generational vacation with a grandma, myself (mom) and two young kiddos. The security issues were what were the problem- all the little things could be fixed. After that crazy night, the resort truly made it up to us. I think it is how a property will take care of the guests when issues arise that sets them apart. They gave us a bayside room for the entire family and we could walk out our door to a beautiful beach or sit at the kitchen table and watch the kids play! The bay is beautiful and this location has their own private beach!!!! S’mores fire pits, bicycles for rent and a beautiful property with all kinds of things for kids and adults to do! We will be back and definitely want a bay room by the cove!! That’s right out from our room entrance.
