The staff were super friendly and from the moment we arrived we knew we’d made a great choice with this booking. On honeymoon and staying 3 nights we got a room upgrade and free parking. The room was perfect with fabulous complementary bathroom essentials. The swimming pools were quiet and well maintained. Onsite restaurants served delicious food with the same impeccable service. One of them, I think the seafood restaurant was a bit expensive, but delicious, so worth it?!? Great location too, only 20 mins to the Zoo and sea life centre is about 10 mins. Upon check out there was a huge que, which would have taken forever to go down if another super friendly and efficient member of staff hadn’t jumped in to take our key cards, they emailed the final bill which was accurate. Spot on and saved many customers a long wait on check out. 100% recommended!

The reserved room was not ready at check-in. I reserved 2 queens several months in advance only to find out at check-in that they had me and my coworker in a king room. No 2 queen rooms were available at this point so we had to wait for one to be cleaned (at 3:30pm). We eventually got one 1/2mile away from anything with a wonderful view of a highway and bathroom doors that wouldn't close. The place is a maze and there is a very limited signage to help you orient yourself. It took our poor Lyft driver some 5 minutes of riding in circles, backing up, returning, etc. to finally drop us off at our

Loved the location and everything about the room. Employees were very friendly and helpful. Had a great view from my back door of the beach and the bay. Everything was clean and in working order. Appreciated being able to park right next to the room.

The property has no fences to prevent falling into the water features, the water is stagnant and disgusting, the walls are PAPER THIN - we could hear the people next to us who were speaking in normal tones of voice. Literally every word of their conversations. The rooms were spacious and clean, but I could get that at virtually any hotel. As mentioned in almost every review, the parking fee is ridiculous. There is no shortage of parking and it is assigned per room! Why would I pay for assigned parking? Not to mention there are two large parking lots on property in addition to the room parking. The conference rooms were unacceptable for our needs and did not offer microphones in some rooms. Everyone in my group who came for this conference is recommending it be held at a different location from now on. The location was great because we could easily leave the resort and go elsewhere to less expensive but just as high in quality restaurants and bars.

From the moment we checked in to the resort; i felt like a VIP. The ladies at the front desk were so pleasant. It seems my husband must have told them it was my birthday; because they had a lovely gift for me. Once we arrived to our room; we felt like we were on our own private little island. We had a view of the bay, palms trees and beautiful blue sky. The room was neatly setup with a comfortable bed, double vanity bathroom and even a small kitchenette. The living space had a pull out couch and table and chairs. We spent the weekend riding our bikes, relaxing by the pool and we even had a bonfire on the bay! It was the most awesome birthday gift. The spa, pool area, the grounds all make you feel like you are in a far away land; but actually you are minutes from the City. The coffee cart in the lobby was awesome; Mark will hook you up with his positive energy and java. I can't wait to go back to Paradise Point.
