Marc Garner was the best! We visited Paradise Point for a work meeting and our friend accidentally left his keys in a cab. The cab company wouldn't return his calls for DAYS! On the last day we ran into Marc and told him the situation and that same day the keys "magically appeared" saving our friend and co-worker hundreds of dollars! He didn't have to go out of his way-but he did and we all appreciated him so much. He offered to quick check out one of our senior employees so she wouldn't have to stand in line, gave us great recommendations on a hot brunch spot. He was definitely five stars. Stellar employee!

This place is amazing for views and relaxing. It could use some help in the plumbing and cleaning areas, but other than that it was amazing. The Jr suite was awesome. A bit pricey, but worth the view to wake up to. Just wish we had an assigned fire ring.

Too much fun, very relaxing. We spent a lot of time paddling kayaks and boards, brought our own. Enjoyed exploring the property, and of course, the beachfront. Can't wait to go back. The experience was exactly what I went for and all of my expectations were met.

We booked a full suite for our 3rd time staying at this resort. By far the worst! Terrible service poolside and delivery of orders through the host app. At $700 per night, we expected to have at the least, a decent room. The room was old and in need of restoration. The sofa bed was filthy and wrecked and unusable. The outdoor sitting area was also dirty, old and unpleasant. We ended up paying an extra $40 per night to move to a different, slightly newer room. Hotel is in need of complete overhaul of facilities, rooms and staff. It has a prime location and so much potential. Will not be returning until major changes are made. At $700/night, I will stay at Hotel del Coronado or one of many other luxury brands.

My actual stay at the hotel was fine but the customer service sucks. I went to the front desk to inquire about printing out a voucher for an upcoming cruise, the young lady working the front desk counter pointed me toward the business center (which is fine). I go to the business center and I have to pay 5.00, just to use the internet for 10 minutes. Ok, I can deal with that. I pull up my email, go to my voucher, and click print to no avail (nothing prints). This went on for about 3 minutes. I walk back to the front desk and tell the young lady that something is wrong with the printer, she reassures me that it's nothing wrong with the printer. I go back to the computer (like a fool) and waste another 3-5 minutes. I go back to the front desk and spoke with someone different. After speaking with this person, she referred me back to the same young lady who refused to come from behind the counter initially. This time, she gave me her email address to email the my voucher to, she still did not come from behind the counter to see if there was an issue. I went back to the business center and made 2 attempts to send the information to her email. After this, I Walked back around to the front counter, and asked the young lady," had she received anything!" She stated, "no i haven't received anything!" At this point I am furious, so I walk down to the far end of the counter and asked a male representative for help. He actually walked around to the business center and observed that the printer was really not printing. After seeing this, he sent my voucher to his email and it printed. At the end of the computer session, I racked up a bill of 13.00. Normally, it would not take a minute for me to print something. I ended up spending 20 to 30 minutes on my anniversary dealing with a lazy employee. Along with temporarily ruining my mood! I would like to thank the young man who offered assistance, if it weren't for him. I probably would have had to go somewhere else to print my voucher and still have the 13.00 bill
