I was in one of their newly remodeled rooms in Hibiscus village. It was so huge! Loads of towels, table and even a pull out couch for a third if needed. Close to smallest pool, but the jacuzzi was not packed. But you are available to all pools and to the marina and it has a beautiful water lily pond with wild birds. The only problems I had were the slowness of the check in AND the check out. They ended up with quite a line. The bed was as hard as a rock, though.

This was a business trip for my husband (Thank you to Miracle-Ear Corp) and I met him on the last day/night of his trip. We had a road trip planned to Vegas the following day. Our Bungalow was updated, clean and well decorated. We had a pool view with a little patio and two chairs to sit out at. The grounds were beautiful and if you wanted to venture off the grounds, there was lots to do near the Resort.

The housekeeping was Terrible. We had black hairs on our bathroom floor after the cleaning people were suppose to have just cleaned our room. One day they never cleaned our bathroom at all, You could not walk in the floors because your feet go so dirty that you had to wear shoes all the time. The grounds were not kept and the landscaping was ok. Our room did not have a full length mirror in order to get ready for any of the events. We had mold on our bathroom ceiling. For the price that you charged every night we should have had more updated room. Not impressed with your resort at all.

This is a hotel resort that has been established for many years and the people who visit regularly probably know their way around. However, when you arrive at night and check in, it is very confusing (even tho' you are given a map) to find your way around. A better orientation by the front desk staff would be very helpful. For example, my key cards frequently would not work - they got demagnetised very easily - and it was a LONG and HOT walk back to the reception desk. I had no idea until the 3rd time that they would come out to meet you at your villa/bungalow to help you get you in to your room. In addition, I told my family (who stayed in a villa that had not been upgraded. The beds were terrible, the room was dingy, and the shower very slow and lacked volume. To give the hotel credit, they did change the room next day to one that had been updated, but still it was very disappointing. On the positive side, the conference spaces were excellent, beautiful meeting rooms and views - as well as breakfast and gatherings outside. The catering was good too. Not over the top - but good. I would recommend as a business venue where you can take families, but make sure you get the right rooms! Some are minimally acceptable.

Going to be contacting a representative that can resolve and handle complaint properly. Upon arrival service desk representative who checked us in was rude unfriendly, total shocker due to having such great friendly voices thru the phone within coming months of stay. We stayed in the Bayside Fireplace Suite 239 which is one of more expensive rooms. The view was about only thing that was wonderful. I documented entire room with pictures. First thing we noticed when walking in was filthy stained couch, torn blinds all over place and while taking a deeper look realizing floor wasn't even clean. Sand everywhere and drops of some sort of spills all through bathroom. Walls and baseboards had thick dirt, gunk on walls last but not least, hair on toilet... All documented. Bottom line was the room was below standards of a Super 8 motel but with a bayside view. So disappointed in the money I spent for such a dirty room.
