The staff at the Inn is always very welcoming and take good care of us. All of my friends and relatives enjoy the food, acomodations and amenities available at the Inn. I always recommend the Inn to friends and family.

Every employee I have run across at the Inn has gone out of their way to make me feel important. Especially Tammy and Susie in the Veranda. Then handle large volumes of business at times and still manage to make each person feel special.

We have been visiting the Rancho Bernardo Inn for many months. We have also eaten lunch and dinner at the Veranda fireside restaurant. We have a very pleasant experiences with our waitress Vickie in the evening for dinner. She is a wonderful server and very knowledgeable to surrounding environments and things to do.

I stayed here for a business meeting and enjoyed my stay very much. The resort fee includes a free bottle of wine but you have to request it from room service so don’t miss out! It is about a 25 min drive from The city of San Diego which was fine for the meeting but if you are just here for vacation it’s a bit far. The staff were very friendly and responded promptly to requests.

For several years we have dined at the Veranda or El Bicocho restaurants for New Years or our anniversary. it has always been a great experience. This year we chose the Veranda. The food was was surprisingly bad. The chicken was hard as a brick, and the plain baked potato, was dry and gritty. A few weeks earlier we had eaten at 333 Pacific in Oceanside. Much better, same price. We’ll go there next time.
