I had an exceptional experience at Rancho Bernardo Inn, and I can't say enough great things about both the property and the outstanding service. The highlight of my stay was the incredible service I received from Benjamin, the manager. He truly went above and beyond during check-in. He greeted me with a genuine smile, made me feel welcomed from the moment I walked through the doors, and ensured the entire check-in process was quick, seamless, and stress-free. His warm personality, professionalism, and positive energy immediately set the tone for a wonderful stay. It's rare to meet someone who is so passionate about hospitality, and it was evident that he genuinely cares about every guest's experience. Thank you, Benjamin, for making such a wonderful first impression and for providing service that truly stands out. Your kindness, professionalism, and genuine care did not go unnoticed. I had an amazing experience during my most recent stay at the Rancho Bernardo Inn. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the staff throughout the property. From the moment I arrived, Ulises at the bell desk warmly greeted me, kindly assisted with my luggage, and made sure I was comfortable with the room I was assigned. During check-in, Isabel at the front desk was incredibly kind, personable, and welcoming, making the entire process seamless. The exceptional hospitality truly made my stay memorable, and I will most definitely be back!

I had great time! Ben was every informative. Gave some good insight on the area and good recommendations. Front desk Isabel was charming and was really helpful during my stay. When I travel I like to bring home with me & Jaden was kind of enough to help me with my all my bags for check in.
