This was our first time at the Rancho Bernardo Inn. We came by just to grab a bite and have a glass of wine at the bar. We looked up reviews on Trip Advisor, and we are so glad that we did! Debbie was AMAZING! She went above and beyond to accommodate all of our high maintenance requests! LOL! She was attentive, friendly, and very professional. Customer service like this is what hard-working professionals look for in a weekend get away! The grounds were beautiful, serene and very well kept. We want to mention that Dino, the manager, was very attentive, complimentary to his staff, and we could tell that he was very invested in this property/JC Resorts. If you get a chance to stop in for a meal or just a quite stroll in the gardens, ask for Debbie at the Bar! Enjoy! We certainly did! S & S

ambient of the hotel is nice, rooms are pretty nice too, at least some of them. Spa/Golf ... would probably need additional fees, we didn't use during our stay. Restaurants by the golf field are nice with a good view.

All of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. From the moment we checked in and requested to be moved to another part of the property the staff immediately handled everything efficiently. The views overlook the golf course and are beautiful from the restaurant. The food in the Avant is outstanding. The ceviche with the citrus foam and the lobster salad with the sweet potato squares (gastronomy) Was superior. The pear martini was also delicious.

This hotel is amazing for families. Amazing pools, great scenery and good food. You likely need a rental car to be able to get to the zoo, safari and Lego land. The 13 year old loved it! Very good experience!

Super friendly staff, comfortable modern rooms and the golf course view can't be beat. We loved our room and we can't say enough about the outgoing, personable front office staff. Our room was huge and the bed was super comfortable. Slept great!
