Rancho Bernardo Inn

My experience with RBi goes back many years in a professional capacity, as a meeting planner that has booked conferences at the venue. I was excited to return in a personal capacity for some R&R, but found the overall experience has slipped. The room was a bit tired with things like a malfunctioning lamp, a cabinet door coming unhinged, etc. Housekeeping didn’t refresh glassware or coffee. Spa rates are high and the locker room filthy and lacking basics (combs). Wouldn’t take much to restore to what it once was, hopefully RBI will pay a little more attention to detail.

I had such a beautiful stay at Rancho Bernardo Inn. The property is stunning. It honestly felt like I was somewhere in Italy. The resort is big, peaceful, and just really nice to walk around. What made the stay special for me was the service. From check-in to check-out, everyone was so warm and welcoming. They were all genuinely kind, and I felt really taken care of the entire time. Special shoutout to Benjamin as well, he was so kind and welcoming. The bellmen were also amazing. I was upgraded to a suite, which I really appreciated. The room was very spacious and clean. My view overlooked the golf course and fountains, and I loved sitting on the balcony just watching the view and catching the sunset. It was one of my favorite parts of the stay. The gym is a bit small, but still nice. I loved the cold eucalyptus towels after a workout. Such a refreshing touch. The spa was an amazing experience, and the pool by the spa was my favorite spot to relax and hang out. There are also so many beautiful spots around the resort. I felt like I kept discovering something new every day, which really surprised me in the best way. I also liked that guests can use the driving range for free, which is such a fun extra. The restaurants were all good, and the service was consistently great everywhere. You really don’t need to leave the property because everything you need is already there. Overall, it was such a great experience. I felt taken care of the whole time, and I would definitely come back.

I came to San Diego for my 30th birthday with some friends and family! Right off the bat Benjamin welcome all of us with a glass of champagne to kick off my 30th birthday celebration! Benjamin has an amazing hospitality and so much energy a lights up the whole room! After Benjamin give us a brief detail tour of the property he introduce us to his bell team to assist us to the room, our bellman Jacob was amazing giving us tour of our room very detail and very straightforward of each amenities in the room! I’ll definitely be coming back soon!

The front desk clerks were very professional and friendly. Great customer service. The rooms were awesome. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

My family had such a nice time staying at the Rancho Bernardo Inn! From the time we had made our reservation with them until the time we left it was pleasant. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by the bell team and the front desk warmly. Hannah and Isabel checked me in, and they were so cute and sweet! Bradley, Jarrod, Blake, and Nathaniel all asked if I needed assistance with my luggage! The staff were all so nice, would definitely come back in the future! Special thanks to Bryan, Ben, Zach, Hailey and Jasminh for being so accommodating as well! Thank you RBI!
