My favorite spot to stay in San Diego
I had a wonderful experience during my stay, and I want to give special recognition to Benjamin at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, he was welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive. He went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered and that I felt comfortable throughout my stay. Warm welcome
I went this last weekend with my husband and we had a lovely stay. Benjamin was beyond helpful with recommendations and accommodating to any needed amenities. I will definitely stay here again when visiting my family from down south :)

Great Stay!
This place is great! A very relaxing environment. The room was clean and spacious. All of our needs were accommodated, and the service was exceptional. Would recommend the Rancho Bernardo Inn and would stay here again!

Good but not what I expected.
The location is very beautiful and the idea is good but the execution does need to be better for the prices they are charging. The Hotel Wi-Fi was having issues constantly, and this had already been happening for a week according to them…Besides that our AC stopped working in the middle of the night…Mind you its pretty hot out there this time of year. The staff just seemed to be there, Not really happy and welcoming. Valet guys were much kinder than the hotel staff… Me and my wife have traveled around the world and I think 3 Stars just because of the beautiful location, if it were not for the location, nothing else was that good for the prices. Hopefully they take this review seriously, and address these issues without raising the price even more.

Rancho Bernardo is one of the most enchanting inns in the U.S. The fountains are well worth the attention they command in artwork. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable beyond belief. Absolutely love this piece of heaven.
