The entire staff at RBI were friendly, always happy to assist and showed concern for the comfort of our WSGA Annual Golf Championship Tournament group. The bellmen always ready to help with our needs to make many trips from the Valencia room to the Loggia and to the Catalina room and at the end back to our car to leave. The names of those I can remember are: Brooklyn Danny, Kahlil, Cody and Justin. Louise at the spa was outstanding in the massage. And, last but not least, Jackie and Charmaine stopped Virginia and I at least once a day to see how things were going. The facility is beautiful and comfortable. Our week was very enjoyable and the 2017 WSGA Tournament Committee and members express our heartfelt thanks for contributing to our successful tournament.

We were traveling to San Diego not to use golf courses or spas at the hotel, but as a family of 5 with kids from 8-16 visiting nearby attractions drawn to this hotel due to discounts. Although we did not use many of the hotel's available facilities, we were largely impressed with the size of the hotel and the relaxing, soothing atmosphere present at nearly every corner of the hotel. In evenings, it is great to go for a dip in the pool, lounge around outside surrounded by rustic Californian style decorations, and listen to one of the many fountains run. The rooms were clean and well kept, but was really enjoyed the hotel's choice of decoration and furniture with the trend of old Californian style housing.

The rooms, the food, the staff - every aspect of our stay at the RB Inn was outstanding! There were 47 family members with us for a four-day three-night stay. Our stay included seminars, meals, relaxing by the pools, etc. It could not have been better. Every age group from teen-agers, young marrieds, millenials and up - all had nothing to say except praise for the entire experience.

We stayed here on a very quick overnight and didn't stay long enough to truly appreciate the property. It was a busy Saturday night when we checked in and parking area for arrivals very crowded but the bell staff were friendly, quick and efficient to get us through. Check-in was the same but we got a little confused on the directions to the Vista building and, although it was dark, the path was lit well. It is down a set of long stairs and we had to haul our luggage on wheels down to this area which was a little difficult, and then back up stairs to the second floor of the building. We did have a lovely view from the balcony overlooking the spa pool area, and there was a courtyard with fireplace and hot tub. However, when we used the hot tub later in the evening it was not very warm. After dinner we checked out the pool area which looked very inviting. The room was very comfortable with nice amenities. Would love to stay longer in the future!

We stayed here with a large extended family group (about 50 people) to celebrate my grandparents 60th Wedding Anniversary. I loved the beautiful grounds. There are many little surprises as you wander the property, with fountains, lawns and beautiful views. Everything was nice, but not stuffy. To me it felt very much like the Southern California of my childhood, relaxed and lovely, but never over the top. The rooms were also comfortable and nice, but not particularly fancy. The large shower was nice and had great water pressure. The room was a good place to relax after a busy day. The staff also took care of a lovely reception, many meals and even a late night ice cream sundae bar for our family. Everyone was extremely helpful and very nice. It was a great weekend!
