Magical. Above-and-beyond hospitality.
Wow. I honestly can’t believe how consistently amazing this resort was. Every single staff member we interacted with seemed genuinely, authentically happy to be of service and hospitality-focused. Every meal was outstanding. The top-floor room with vaulted ceilings and golf-course view was BEAUTIFUL. The grounds were enchanting, and the amenities were luxurious. Trevor, Jane at spa reception, Abigail at the spa pool, Tristen on the engineering team, Jennifer at the cafe, and so many others went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. We truly felt like royalty. I can’t wait to come back, and I can’t wait to tell all my friends to come here!!

Wonderful stay and great service!
Fantastic staff that offers the whole package of service and amenities. Jennifer at the Granada Cafe offered kind and friendly hospitality, going out of her way to provide help and customized support to each customer. She is impressive!

Good vacation
Check in and Check out was fast and professional. Room was clean enough. Pool was clean. There were not enough umbrellas around the pool. Personal was friendly specially Aysek from valet parking

Consistent excellent service and comfortable stays
Have stayed at RB Inn multiple times this year while we are in the midst of relocating to San Diego. What a wonderful place. I always feel relaxed here. Staff is super responsive to any requests. Rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable. Many amenities on site including multiple restaurants and a wonderful spa, as well as golf for those who enjoy the game. Buildings are older, but rooms are refreshed and very comfortable. Highly recommend particularly if you are looking for a location in North County.

Excellent - and sensitive - service
We were in town at the very last minute due to a family medical emergency, not knowing how long we would need to stay. We ended up having to extend our stay under very chaotic circumstances. Jasminh went out of her way to accommodate us and ensure that the details involved with extending our stay were the last thing we had to worry about. She couldnt have made it easier. We were even sent a small gift and beautiful card offering condolences. The way we were treated throughout our stay meant a lot to us during a very difficult time.

Rancho Bernardo is one of the most enchanting inns in the U.S. The fountains are well worth the attention they command in artwork. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable beyond belief. Absolutely love this piece of heaven.
