With no reservation and a party of 7 the staff did such an amazing job. Quick and tasty. There’s no stopping this force of caring and attentive service. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you for everything!!

Overall we enjoyed ourselves and were pleased with the property. I did have a few issues with rooming which did get resolved quickly. The second room we finally moved to the water pressure in the room was really low. That was our only issue.

Rancho Bernardo Inn Let’s start with the fact that I’m writing this within a few hours of checking in, and I’m really happy. Booked RB Inn at the last minute when I needed a place to stay after an emergency room visit at a local hospital. Wasn’t planning to even stay in the area for this trip, but I was thrilled to be able to book a last minute stay at a great rate. I’d remembered being interested in Rancho Bernardo Inn when actually PLANNING a trip to this lovely area of California. I hadn’t had any sleep the night before and was really hoping to be able to lie down and nap, well before the traditional check in time. But I wasn’t that hopeful. However, they accommodated my early check in request and I was so psyched! In fact, the entire check-in experience was pleasant and helpful. That act ALONE won me over. But by no means did it end there. The room itself is GREAT. Honestly, I know this is a really nice resort but my expectations were still exceeded. Just the simple main level room, but so much to like. Two padded chairs and a table outside the room, on the little patio outside the room. Clean clean clean. Really comfortable bed, nice pillows, mattress perfect hardness for me (a LITTLE firm). Table and two chairs, REALLY nice sized refrigerator (you don’t have to cram your wine into the traditional mini-fridge), yet another comfortable chair with a nice reading light, HUGE flat screen TV, plenty of drawer space, great bathroom (good water pressure in the shower, convenient wall-mounted body wash/shampoo and conditioner), plenty of space, plenty of USB outlets. NO complaints about the room. Valet guys were great too. I’m not even a golfer but I enjoyed looking at the course and the landscaping. You know, an unfortunate circumstance brought me to Rancho Bernardo Inn, but I like this place so much, I’m gong to plan a future visit here specifically. This place has great rooms, great service, and great location, and I’ll always remember and be grateful for how they accommodated me and how it turned a stressful medical emergency to a pleasant hotel stay.

Do not stay at this hotel Sunday through Thursday! We are currently in hour 2 of listening to gas leaf blower which started at 6:30am! Same yesterday! We’re here on our anniversary! What a disaster! Saturday night was great! Horrible Since!

While I am confident that staying at the Rancho Bernardo Inn for personal time would be wonderful, I am always there for business and I can say that it is the most amazing place to hold meetings and events. The property is breathtakingly beautiful, the guest rooms are clean and comfortable, the meeting rooms are spacious and light, but what makes my experience there the very best is the hotel's staff. From booking our events with Charmaine in the sales team, working with Lindsi on the details of our event, and seeing their banquets team set up everything promptly and perfectly each day is what brings us back so often.
